Espaços sempre limpos, acolhedores, confortáveis e com muito bom gosto! O pessoal do staff é muito simpático, atencioso e sempre disponível a ajudar, sempre! O Sr. Gonçalo é um excelente anfitrião que nos deu diariamente dicas incríveis do que ver e onde comer nos Açores. Pequeno almoço ótimo e variado. Recomendo tanto para grupos de amigos, como para famílias com crianças. O nosso grupo adorou!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Propreté impeccable, décoration simple et jolie, petit déjeuner délicieux :) Nos hôtes étaient très gentils et serviables. Gonzalo a la main sur le coeur, un rayon de soleil dès le matin. Il a toujours été là pour nous conseiller de superbe endroits lors de notre séjour.

Super séjour à the Holy Cow ! Le lieu est top, bien décoré, pratiquement neuf. Les hôtes sont adorables, super accueillants, ils nous ont indiqué les endroits où aller dans Ponta Delgada, ils nous ont été d’une grande aide pour gérer un malheureux imprévu. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :)

hyper mignon propre. chambre spatieuse et lumineuse, pièces communes très agréables, jeux a disposition…. jardin et terrasse. top ! staff très accueillant. malgré un départ à 5h du matin un petit-déjeuner nous attendait ❤️ literie très confortable

Die Gastgeber kontaktierten uns frühzeitig, um das Check-in zu organisieren. Wie vereinbart wurden wir um Mitternacht freundlich erwartet. Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand, etwas klein.

Gonçalo and Ana were incredibly helpful and kind. I had to move luggage over early and was unsure when I could check-in properly as I was waiting for my partner to be discharged from the local hospital. They got my room ready early, moved my luggage upstairs for me while I was out. Lovely rooms, incredible breakfast spread, really nice space. Would stay here again!

Great hospitality. Only problem was finding a place on the street close to hotel. But, free public parking is available within 10 minutes of walking.

The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful and pleasant. It is cheap for the service provided. And is really near from de center of the city. The owner is very nice and he offers you very good quality information about what to see in the Azores.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Holy Cow Hostel. “ Holy Cow” is very appropriate to describe this place. We have been travelling in numerous places in Portugal and by far this is our favourite accommodations. First time staying in a Hostel and will not be our last. Goncallo is an excellent host and always available to provide help and guidance. Staff is also friendly as well. I cannot say enough nice things about this place . “ Holy Cow”…….
