卡摩斯飯店(Hotel Camoes)

O Hotel Camões tem uma localização fantástica, com inúmeros restaurantes nas proximidades. Um edifício antigo que sofreu uma grande remodelação. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis. O pequeno-almoço não é nada de especial, contudo garantidamente é uma excelente opção para quem pretende uma boa estadia no centro!

Hotel Camões, é bem localizado, próximo de comércio, restaurantes, supermercados. Estilo antigo, porém muito conservado, tem elevador, sala de descanso, dispõe de guarda de malas, ambiente muito limpo, atendentes gentis, educados, wi-fi, TV simples, frigobar, quarto e banheiro amplos, só não achei muito bom porque tem banheira, perigoso e desconfortável para pessoas idosas, camas macias, limpeza e troca de toalhas de banho diariamente, café da manhã bem variado. Eu recomendo.

El hotel está bien en general. El desayuno es muy pobre y poco variado, no vale lo que cuesta. El colchón era duro como una tabla. En el baño no había ningún detalle. En mi opinión, en España no sería un 4 estrellas.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Ponta Delgada. Le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Il punto forte dell'hotel è la posizione centrale, vicino al mercato, ai ristoranti e al porto. L'arredamento delle camere è un po' retrò, ma tutto è molto pulito ed ordinato. La colazione è sempre stata uguale durante i tre giorni che abbiamo soggiornato con un tour di gruppo, il servizio sempre molto attento e scrupoloso nel rispetto delle norme anti covid Con un taxi in pochi minuti si può raggiungere anche la spiaggia più vicina

The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and it had good variety. It was a nice central location I would recommend.

This hotel was in a great location yet quiet surroundings. It was walkable to the main avenue, public pool, shopping center and restaurants. All modern and recently renovated. Very clean and the receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in a special area for the day, since our flight was later in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

The good: The gentleman at the front desk did allow me to store my bags until check-in. Our flight arrived at 7am and check-in time was 2pm, so this was very helpful. (no early check-in available.) The location of the hotel is good for accessing restaurants, shopping and walks along the waterfront. The room was large, updated and very clean. Lovely hardwood floors and granite countertops in the bathroom. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold selections. Physically, the hotel was excellent. The bad: The narrow street can be busy at times, so noise can be an issue now and then but not at night. There is no coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge items or ANY amenities in the room. The safe in the closet is key operated and you have to pay for the key. I had a shower in the morning and then went to the beach. When I asked for a clean towel at the front desk so I could shower again before bed I was told "you are one person. You get one towel". I asked if I could have a kettle to boil some water and explained I had recent hand surgery and wanted the water for compresses but was denied. I was told that if I wanted hot water I would have to order it through room service. My brother and sister-in-law were traveling with me but staying at another hotel. We were looking for somewhere to eat on our first night and I noticed on the in-room "information sheet" that the hotel had a restaurant so I suggested we eat there. When I inquired at the front desk where the restaurant was located, I was told there was no restaurant at the hotel, even though it clearly stated on the sheet that it did have one and that it was open from 7-10pm. Overall, this is a nice hotel in a good location but don't expect any extras, even if you ask. The front desk, other than storing my bags, were not very helpful.

Great experience. The place is hardly super luxurious but it's clean, fairly modern, and well located on a relatively quiet street. There are minibars in the room with very reasonably priced snacks and drinks (like 3 euro for a beer), although mine was not especially well restocked. Rooms have air conditioning you can control. Wifi worked fine, including for Zoom calls. Has a nice quiet bar. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but pretty good and had Azorean specialties like great milk and fresh cheese
