Heerlijke koffie! Leuke kaart en lekkere verse gerechten! Van scones met jam en cream tot foccacia met olijfolie en verse salades op een erg mooie manier opgemaakt. Daarnaast zit je er ook nog eens heerlijk rustig. Gaan we zeker nog een paar keer langs!

Lovely place to stay in the city. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable rooms. Nice to have a kitchenette. Restaurant downstairs has great breakfasts and light lunches.

This hotel was beautiful. The building is well-taken care of. The ceilings are high and the room was large. The bathroom was big. Always hot water available. The cafe downstairs was very nice and a great way to start each day. Despite no physical reception, staff were very responsive by WhatsApp. They were very helpful and friendly. Location is central and close to many great restaurants. Like other reviews mention, there is a nightclub nearby but we did not find the noise too disruptive, coming from living in downtown areas back home. Definitely worth the price. Would stay again.

This is really a boutique hotel with a very nice cafe on the bottom floor. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Beds comfortable. Only issue is with noise outside from bars. Some are open all night. Also a bit of a funky smell but you get used to it. We would stay hear again but bring earplugs!

I loved that it was within walking distance to the marina, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, the rooms had a kitchenette with mini fridge. There was a cafe on site as well.

When I booked originally 8 months before departure, this hotel wasn’t even on *******. According to my tour driver it had been a hostel until Covid. There are 3 floors with 3 rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You could leave your luggage in the office until your room was ready. There was a cafe that opens from breakfast till dinner. The room was plenty spacious with a full kitchenette and marble bathroom. It’s located within a five minute walk of the main plaza and about 10 minutes from the main marina. Small grocery stores and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. It is definitely a hidden treasure in ponta del gada.

Had an excellent two night stay here recently in a converted historical commercial building. Spacious room and high ceiling, huge comfortable bed, well-lit (huge windows) with kitchen facilities. Bathroom door was a bit strange - very heavy and did not fully close, but not an issue. Main (street level) entry door was quite stiff and needed a violent push to open. Staff of the cafe managed by the hotel seemed a bit overwhelmed during a busy morning but the food service was fast, and quality was okay. Unfortunately there was no in-person greeting (very tight reception area!) but no issues with gaining entry, hotel manager was friendly. Bit on the pricey side for Ponta Delgada but I would stay here again.

The beautiful old building has been recently restored to a very high (at stylish) standard - the rooms are huge and well equipped. Plenty of cookware to make your own meals or take advantage of the great cafe on the ground floor. All restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walk and it's easy to park nearby. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the Azores.
