The overall experience was good… taste was excellent… staff behaviour and ambience was good… Mr Sudipta took care of our table and he was excellent in his service… His behaviour was polite… food was served sooner… All the dishes were excellent and there was no dish to pinpoint which was our favourite…

Chef Balvinder Singh went above and beyond the standard levels of hospitality and service after I told him I was lactose-intolerant. He not only guided me through the buffet by selecting and plating the non-dairy dishes, but also ordered his staff to prepare three other non-dairy dishes, a vegetable dish, a prawn fry and a chicken coconut curry...all delicious! Americano coffee with oat milk was also fantastic and provided me with jaggery by going out to the store since they didn't have it in stock in the kitchen. Highly recommended! Thank you Chef Singh!

We enjoyed our stay. Service was exceptional and staff is very polite too. Mr. Alok at the front desk is very humble and took care of all our needs. My grand mother wanted north Indian food so they especially made it for her despite having a breakfast spread. The property is neat and clean, beach is not attached but 5-10 min walk, nice swimming pool with clean and normal temp. water. Overall it was a very conformable stay. Points that can be taken care of : ＞ We needed two rooms and they were not together. ＞ We asked for water in a jug instead of using plastic water bottles. That was not provided. Thanks.

The ambiance is awesome with delicious food. The evening on the boat was very special for us and so was dinner at 'The Kebab Factory'. We celebrated my wife's B'day there and staff was very nice, accommodating requests with smiles on their faces.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé : chambre super ! Buffet du déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est bien présent pour satisfaire le client. Pour le paiement final, l'acceptation des cartes de crédit a été aléatoire : utilisation de plusieurs sabots de carte avant de concrétiser un paiement. Par ailleurs, un préposé à l'accueil a proposé de garder la chambre le jour du départ avec un prix promotionnel. En fin de compte, une nuit supplémentaire a été comptée. Assurez-vous donc bien auparavant de ce qui vous sera réclamé, compte tenu aussi des taxes et frais importants.

Due to freedom and friendly staff with greeny and peaceful area me &my family enjoyed with special vibes. Especially I thankful for front desk staff Alok's behavior and quick response ***ner, what touch my heart. If next time i will go there then i choose again this one .

Un site loin du tumulte de la ville, qui donne sur la plage d'éden Bay,qui procure un très bel espace de repos, de calme et de beauté. Les chambres sont à la pointe de la modernité. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif et aimable. Au service petit-déjeuner, Sudip et Somita rendent ce moment doux et gour***d. Les attentions sont per***entes et du fait du coût de la monnaie, tout est accessible. Ici, en Inde, cela rend le voyage plus cool 😀
