藍石飯店

We had near miss accident with lift. While going to 1st floor, lift malfunctioned and went below ground floor. We were rescued by hotel staff by manually opening the lift. Rest all was good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good but the amenities mentioned in the hotel description was not there in the room and also i had asked for the mosquito repellent all out’s refill once i called and once i went down and asked, both the times the person at the reception told me he will send the refill but the refill was never sent

Very poor room conditions compared to their room rent and no sufficient car parking area. Toilet facilities are also very poor.

Everything was great including food. Few staffs weren't courteous. When we requested for a different room. They understood and helped us out

We booked for two adult and two children, but the bed they provided was only for two. Room service worst. Not enough parking space for vehicle. No dormitory for driver. Overall their room was for mostly 2000- but they charged 6500-

They cancelled the booking when family reached the hotel. Didn't even inform about it to us. Very bad experience. They should understand the tourist pain who travel so long frm another state and they just cancel the booking.
