Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. It is located near to all major destinations at Puducherry.

Good location and stay. polite staff. good breakfast. Could have provided better restaurant facilities and parking too.

I am an ex hotelier and review hotels basis my experience and basic hospitality standards. Location: conveniently located approx 1.5 kms from Promenade. Walkable for youngsters and good auto rikshaw connectivity in case walking is not preferred. Caution - min INR 100 for auto rides. All main tourist sites are within 1 km from the property. Hotel itself is situated at a main cross section, so accessibility is never an issue. Property can best be categorized as Bed and Breakfast kind. Rooms don't have a view at all. But comfortable rooms, more on rooms later in the review. Reception opens into the main lane, no extended walking required. Limited parking spaces available. Surrounding area has all provisions available, so even if you forget to carry anything, you can get it within 5 mins walk. Facilities- has a fully functional pure veg restaurant and 7am till 10pm room service. Food is good, non fancy, less spicy, almost like home cooked. Breakfast was included in our package and it well sufficed our need. Limited to dosa, idly, Pongal, Puri bhasji, ulama, etc. No buffet, it's served plated per guest's selection of items. Again, palatable, basic, less spicy preparations. Hotel allows food delivery through apps in case one needs. Hotel has functional elevator, taking care of guests with accessibility issues. Room- same category rooms vary in size, so please check the room before finalizing at the time of check in. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Queen size comfortable bed, flat screen TV, wardrobes desk with 1 chair as common furniture.lighting is adequate. Good cleanliness and upkeep, it's a new property, so most of these work well. No in room tea coffee provisions, so no water kettle. But can spare one if asked. Water bottles provided complimentary. All items are moderately priced almost at MRP so no additional cost there. Bathroom has basic toiletries - soap, dental and shaving kits. Some things which would have been better were providing provision on the basin tp keep toiletries. One has to keep it on the bare basin counter. Since rooms are all for double occupancy, so 2 chairs would be better instead of one as there is nothing but the bed to sit on for the second guest. Mosquito repellents are a must requirement. Fans make scary noise so getting them fixed would be a good idea. Hot and cold water right from the tap is a major plus point provided, so thanks for that. Check in and check out is fast and seamless, however, since reception is small with limited staff so timing it makes a big difference. Staff- biggest plus point. Staff are extremely accommodating and ready to help. Special thanks to Raju, Co owner, for making our stay extremely comfortable. Since I come from hospitality background, for me, key differentiator is staff behavior. I put huge emphasis on this, and this hotel's recall value is exactly that.
