Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

1. The hotel is nothing like what they have shown in pictures. The place is smelly , and walls are soggy. 2.It feels like it's never been maintained since it's built. 3.The toilet seat was broken.they did nothing to improve the situation. 4. Paid early checkin : We arrived in the city earlier than the mentioned check in time ie 1 pm. So we called the manager if we can avail early check-in ? He agreed and asked us to come and then started asking extra money for the early check in. We were a group of 4 and had booked 2 rooms for the same day, so he asked for 2200 extra amount. When we started to leave he bargained and asked for 900 . But anyways we did not give in for his cheap tactics. 5.They will not give you any breakfast ,they don't prepare in their kitchen.They'll get vada and idli packed from the local tea shop and that only is the breakfast available. 6.Not worth the money. Go for a hygienic and better place

Room was located at a fair distance from pondicherry bus stand and was near to beach and ashram. Room was more than worth for the money paid. Restaurants were available near by. Overall a pleasent stay.
