Fix the desk chair on room 20 and 1 x power plug is not working. Breakfast was excellent and ready on time.

Upon arriving after a long drive the security guard that greeted was very friendly. We got our keys after a bit of a wait. We were first taken to the smaller room than booked and had to go back to reception. We were then given another family sized room but not as advertised. If fact the room booked apparently doesn’t exist. No load shedding protection, which wasn’t advertised but would have been helpful at the nightly rate. The room was clean and suitable. What really killed the stay was no working remotes, so no aircon. Further to that I was there with my 2 young children who were kept up long past midnight due to drunken revellers and no management asking them to respect others as is mentioned on their signage. We didn’t stay our second night or eat breakfast so can’t comment on that.

TV remote was not working Even after i reported it no 1 cane to fix it Breakfast was cold every morning even if i was first 1 there Toilet seat was damaged to. Monkeys on property caused sinus to get worse at night and on top of thatt theres a cat ealking around in the dining room

There was a little mix up about the amount of rooms but was handheld swiftly and professionally. guests game in at 03h00 in the morning made a big noise need to look at that. breakfast was excellent thank you

Very accommodating the staff go out there way to make me comfortable. I live here Monday to Friday no need for anything else Country Blue is the only preferred accommodation that the Marble Gold Group, will use in the future.

This is a very friendly, value for money place. Excellent restaurant and my grandkids loved it. Best apar**ent (and cleanest) that we had with the various b&b's we stayed at on our recent holiday

Place is secure and cozy but something can be done with the breakfast choices and parking as on a busy night it can be challenging to find a spot close to the room. Overall it’s alright for the price.
