酒店就在湖邊，去移民局很方便，划船也很方便，陽台的景色也非常好，唯一的是基本房間裏沒有wifi信號，還好樓下和餐廳有微信wifi。不過對於我是個大問題，本想多住些日子，一個wifi問題讓我衹住了兩晚 🚗 交通：方便 🧹衞生：很好 🍃環境不錯： 🔔服務：熱情

環境非常友好和迷人，位置非常方便，一切都在這家酒店附近！

Breakfast was excellent bcoz we belong to india and here poori baji, masala omelet, aloo parta was excellent. After 5 days we got nice delicious food in nepal. Coming to room, very very bad. Not maintained properly. Coat is too high

Booked for 3 nights but when we reached the hotel they said they don't have any room i Booked the room to Ram the manager totally bullyshit i recommend to all don't ever to this hotel ever i am fully unsatisfied....

They didn't have the room available even if we paid for the room early. We had to go another hotel for stay. I haven't got any refund on that. Do not suggest this hotel to anyone. And makemytrip, look into this matter and give me a refund as soon as possible.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were shocked at how run-down this establishment was, its like there is a layer of grime on every facet of the hotel, it is poorly lit making it even more dark, dank and miserable. There is a run-down 'conference room' attached to the hotel, and if you are unlucky enough to stay while there is an event on you will be beset with noise and disruption, throughout the night! (as we were). Rooms are really scruffy and unkempt, intermittent hot water, dust and grime on everything, stains on the bed linen, mini fridge switch-off and abandoned in the room, ants in the bathroom. No safe in the room. Probably one of the most unkempt hotel we have every had the misfortunate to stay at; hotel staff, although polite, totally lack-luster, ambivalent and generally apathetic about the customer experience. The only positive to mention that the hotel issue a breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door. The restaurant did try really hard to put on a good breakfast... From my point of view, we have stayed in hotels that are in dire need of updating, but if the cleanliness is up to standard and you have passionate staff it can still work. There are no excuses for poor hygiene, and an absence of cleanliness and disinterested staff. Needless to say avoid this hotel.

Stay was not good. Cleanliness of the room was ok but toilet was in a very bad condition all over leakage was there.

Good room amenities and facilities, unique locatio and friendly staff members overall a good hotel, staff was super welcoming the bath facility was excellent the veiw from tarrice & room balcony was amazing oveall a good hotel, kip it up

The location and the view from the hotel is best! very much near the market and right in front of lake! the service and hospitality is also awesome. Ram thapa, hotel manager was very kind and greeted us with smile and ensured all our issues are resolved during the stay. However, the property needs better maintenance. The mattress were not very comfortable and spare bed provided for 3rd adult was also not good. If well maintained, this will be the best place for stay, breakfast and roaming around the place.

Raniban arcade is right next few a lake, pokhra. I booked junior suite on top floor hence we were able to enjoy mesmerizing view of annapurna range from the balcony. Suite i booked was a small room and was not worth the price i paid. Bathroom did not have a lock on its door. They didn't clean the room throughout my stay inspite of requesting them. Though hotel staff is cooperative and warm but they could not provide good service due to lack of manpower. They also helped us in arranging our local sightseeing trips. Breakfast was good and tasty. Overall stay was good but room and service is average.

I stayed at the Raniban Arcade for three nights and I had a mixed experience. The hotel has a nice view of lakeside. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable. However, the hotel lacks some amenities that I expected. There was no toothbrush, slippers, hangers or iron in the room. I had to call the front desk several times to request them, but they did not have them at all. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was polite, attentive and helpful. The ABC Hotel is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a good location and a nice view. But if you are looking for more services and facilities, you might want to look elsewhere.

The best hotel at the heart of Pokhara with serene view,peaceful environment clean and comfortable room, tasty food,top notch service and very friendly staff. I really had a pleasant experience staying there with my friends. You can also visit along with your family.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Raniban Arcade in Lakeside.The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with great decor .The breakfast,lunch, dinner was awesome with awesome staffs ..I recommend going here ❤️👍
