大枕頭旅館(Big Pillow Inn)

Este hotel antes se llamaba Meera hotel y siempre fue el lugar favorito donde quedarme a mi regreso de los trekkings. La relación calidad precio siempre fue magnífica y el dueño un viejito gurka siempre amable y dispuesto a satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes. Ahora hicieron alguna remodelación Hotel se llama ahora Big Pillow inn. mi deficiente calificación es por varios motivos, primero reservé una habitación en el viejo edificio, me confirmaron que sí y un precio, luego me llamaron al cabo de unas horas para decirme que no habían habitaciones en ese edificio y que tenía que irme al otro que era cinco dólares más caro por habitación . Acepté. Acepte. En la tarde noche cuando empezó oscurecer me di cuenta que el cuarto de baño no tenía luces operativas. Llamé para reclamar dijeron que me cambiarían en cinco minutos de habitación. Una hora más tarde renuncia al cambio al no llegar el personal y decidí permanecer aún arriesgo de caída por no haber nada en la oscuridad. Al día siguiente me levanté y el agua caliente no funcionaba, solamente después de 20 minutos de reclamar por teléfono accedieron a encender el calentador, para entonces ya había desistido de ducharme. El personal es atento aunque no bien entrenado, la gerencia deja mucho que desear… es una lástima podría ser un buen hotel y ahora cuya relación calidad precio es netamente exagerada No volveré.

We stayed 2 nights in this completely new hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are very nice (I never slept on such a good pillow!!) and everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and they will do everything for you. Front desk staff Ms.Sahira was really really helpful. Will definitely visit next.

We stayed here for 1 night. This was our first visit in BIG PILLOW INN. The hotel was really clean. The breakfast was really delicious. Front officer Ms. Sahira and Mr. Pasand was so active and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to stay. Friendly staff and homely environment.

A very deceptive name, but a smart look, we hopped on to this hotel by chance. The location of this hotel allured us to take the chance. The reception gentleman explained and show us the rooms, and it turned out to be a very cheap by all count. Rooms are excellent with individual A/C, the bathroom is simply fantastic with hot/ cold water. Clean twin bed, immeculate lighting, a very clean and tidy hotel with ample space and wonderful ambience. The service of all kind of staff are world class. The breakfast is 5 star standard by quality and quantity, needless to mention the taste. A twin room with A/C and breakfast at Rs. 3500/ per night is beyond all imagination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pokhara. Locationwise this is the best. Facing the Lake road with road 14 junction, have all the Pokhara specialities are at steps away. Forgot to mention about the restaurant. A very wide, clean and see through kitchen is with the restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price with highest quality. If you will be in pokhara and not trying this hotel, you are missing something.

Very good location on the lakeside road. Helpful staff. Good breakfast spread, and equally good meals made dresh to order in the small restaurant. Their creamy croissants are the hottest items on lakeside.. disappear off the shelves in no time!! :)

Big Pillow Inn is one of the best hotels in Pokhara so I loved their friendly crews and excellent service and in a good located Namaste √ friendly crews and supportive √ Nice cafe with a bakery √ Clean environment √ excellent services √ wonderful Location to explore the main touristy town Lake side Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is very well located close to lots of shops, restaurants, and a short walk from the lake. I had a comfortable room with a private bathroom and a balcony. The food was tasty. The highlight was the friendly welcoming staff who gave good recommendations for my stay in the area.

Warm-hearted, extremely helpful staff without exception that went out of their way to ensure we had a very pleasant week. Room had everything we needed and with a delicious breakfast buffet this place are highly recommended and we will happily return on our next visit to Pokhara.
