房間住一家三口，很舒適。早飯品種不多，燕麥粥，酸奶和燕麥奶咖啡正對我們的胃口。我們的飛機是半夜，再問前台最晚可以幾點退房，居然可以晚上六點，實在太方便我們的行程了，服務非常人性化。離Plymouth Meeting Mall走路友好的距離，有WholeFood ，還去邊上AMC看了個電影。在山坡上，視野開闊也很安靜。

The toilet seat was broken and the shower head. There was no ice machine on my floor I had to go down to the 5th floor. The pool was close . At breakfast I had asked one of the staff member’s if they can please bring out more pancakes he said there was no more left . But mind you it says breakfast until 10:00am and I asked him at 9;15

Pool use by reservation. I appreciated that because it never felt overcrowded. Water was warm, just wish there was a hot tub. Kind and courteous staff.

First room I was given had either not been cleaned or someone was still staying in it. I opened the door and closed it very quickly once I saw the bed had been used and bathroom light was on. Second room was better but the bathroom walls had makeup and other things smeared on them. I had to take a wet washcloth and wipe it down a bit because it was pretty gross. Carpets were stained and the rooms were just tired. I have stayed here many times over the past 5 years and the quality of the rooms has really gone downhill. It’s time for a renovation for this hotel.

Overall a good stay. Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Some minor cosmetic deficencies in the room, but nothing of concern. Otherwise it was clean. My partner utilized the exercise room and the free breakfast wasn't bad, and had plenty of choices. Main complaint was I was on the 1st floor( but towards the back, & it wasn't noisy). Will most likely stay again.

I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would suggest having some sort of lighting near the sofa so one could read. I really liked the location. So close to two different family members we visited for Chris**as.
