普羅夫迪夫Bakalova House附近住宿

We had a wonderful four days at Villa Flavia. The hotel is only two years old and everything is new and very clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a room safe, a coffee machine, a lovely bathroom, free use of the contents of a fridge which is replenished every day and a TV with a few channels in English. There is an open terrace on the top floor with views of the town. The hotel also offers a short tour of the Roman baths in the basement. The staff and efficient and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which has a large choice of cold and hot food. You can have your breakfast inside our on the patio. The air conditioning in the rooms is efficient. The hotel is well placed in the city centre with Roman remains, bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk. I can thoroughly recommend Villa Flavia in Plovdiv.

每次來Plovdiv都住在這家酒店，酒店很新，房間非常乾淨，床頭背景牆的設計很漂亮。距離最繁華的步行街走路8分鐘左右，出行便利。這個酒店經常有商務會議，趕上這種大型企業活動的話，大廳會顯得有些擁擠吵鬧，大廳的裝飾也很高端大氣。 裏面的意大利餐廳餐品不錯，價格也不算貴。大家可以放心選擇這家酒店。

We took 2 rooms a twin and a suite. Twin was so tiny you could not really move around. The bathroom also very tiny and the shower and the sink in the same place with no separation. You can shower and wash your hand at the same time…. The suite size was acceptable, but the usb plugs were not working, the shower had no soaps, and flooded the entire bathroom as the water was coming under the glass partition, it was very unpleasant. The cleaning of the rooms does not follow Covid best practices as rooms are turned around within a couple of hours. The receptionist apologies for the delayed check in as the rooms were occupied the night before and were been cleaned “quickly”.??? Finally and in time of Covid, not 1 person was wearing masks, staff (reception and housekeeping) or guests. Aside of 1 dispenser of alcohol gel there are absolutely no measures in place which I find unconscious, irresponsible unprofessional and unacceptable. Sadly even if it seemed to be one of the best rated hotel in Plovdiv, minimal standards are not respected. Very disappointed about the whole experience.

Ενώ είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων και εξωτερικά σου δίνει αυτή την εντύπωση η κατάσταση είναι πολύ διαφορετική. ΤΟ δωμάτιο μας ήτανε πολύ κρύο （μετά από παράκληση μας έδωσαν θερμαντικό σώμα）, βρώμικο με αράχνες σκισμένες κουρτίνες και μουχλα στον τοίχο του παραθύρου. Η διακόσμηση μπορεί να ήταν από το 1970. Το αποκορύφωμα όμως ήταν η τουαλέτα με το πολύ βρώμικο πιγκαλ. Επίσης στο μπάνιο δεν είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών. Φυσικά οι φωτογραφίες δεν είχαν καμιά σχέση με αυτό που μας έδωσαν επειδή πήγαμε με γκρουπ. Από ότι έμαθα μετά σε κάποια δωμάτια που τα δίνουν σε κρατήσεις από πλατφόρμες όπως Booking είχε γίνει ανακίνηση και ότι στα γκρουπ δίνουν τα πιο παλιά και βρώμικα δωμάτια.

Lovely team both in restaurant and the check in desk in terms of communication and fast resolution. Clean and huge rooms. Must try is the bar for sure. Everything was great! Sofia is also very close by, so it would worth to visit this small town.

We have been staying in this place for several years and we love it more an more. The beds are very comfortable, the reception and service very friendly, the breakfast fresh and tasty. We have stayed at IHG hotels around the world,and, frankly, this is one of the best for the money. Congratulations to the management, thanks to the staff!

超級靠近普羅夫迪夫火車站。友好的樂於助人的接待。寬敞的房間。冰箱和衛生間加熱器拔掉了,不得不自己插上電。迷你廚房只有微波爐,沒有具,沒有水壺,沒有餐具等。喜歡巨大的廁所水槽。建議廁所有浴簾和更多掛鉤。臥室鋪有地毯。沒有提供房間拖鞋。不要打擾景色。隔壁可以聽到噪音。步行15分鐘到市中心。總體可以住1晚。

Great place. The best hotel in Plovdiv. Everything is perfect- from the friendly and helpful staff to design, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, lighting in the rooms, everything. It’s also placed in great location if you’re looking for a more quiet place.
