Ho soggiornato in questo hotel più volte per i miei viaggi di affari e sono sempre stato soddisfatto. Posizione ottima, si trova proprio in centro. Alla reception sono sempre molto gentili e cortesi, il personale è professionale e multilingue. Il manager è una persona squisita. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite, il letto molto confortevole. Ho usufruito del servizio di colazione e cena. La colazione è internazionale: si trovano pietanze sia dolci che salate. La cucina serale è molto buona, ottima anche la pizza, molto abbondante negli ingredienti! È sempre un piacere tornarci!!

En general muy bien, he estado 3 meses alojado alli. Muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones amplias, cama buena. Bien de limpieza, habitaciones reformadas. Excelente atencion en recepcion, Camelia, Ana Maria y Laura sin duda de lo mejor que hay en el hotel, siempre preocupadas por hacerme la vida mas comoda y agradable en el hotel. He pasado por varias habitaciones, despues de estar los primeros dias y explicar en recepcion que la idea era una larga estancia, me pase a lo que llaman un apartamento. Con una sala de estar amplia, una television grande de 43 pulgadas. Baño nuevo reformado con una ducha amplia que para mi que soy grande me vino muy bien. Aparcamiento... tienen un pequeño parking preparado para recarga de vehiculos electricos, pero en el frontal y el lateral del hotel tienen plazas reservadas para los clientes, donde Pedro se encarga de que tengas un hueco para poder aparcar, despues de conocer mis horarios ya el hombre me esperaba con un hueco libre para mi siempre. Servicio de lavanderia super rapido, deja tu bolsa de ropa sobre la cama y ese mismo dia te la recojen y te la devuelven, creo que en la misma mañana, yo cuando volvia ya la tenia limpia, seca, estirada y colocada sobre la cama. En definitiva y despues de tres meses alli he tenido que volver a casa y ahora tengo que regresar a trabajar alli, volvere sin dudarlo. Gracias a todos por hacerme sentir tan bien, casi como en mi casa. Nos vemos pronto.

Receptionist, cozy environment, quietness, shopping and places walking distance plus the morning breakfast

It's not only the facilities and personnel that make this hotel so great, but also the placement right in the city's center. I've been there many times before, and my opinion remains the same. The employees are professionals and ready to help in every situation. They are also a great partner in organizing big events and festivals and manage to ensure food and accommodation for hundreds of people during festivals and public projects taking place in the city. One example would be "Alfabetul Convietuirii" which is an interethnic festival that takes place every fall in Ploiesti, where over 700 artists participate every year. The Central Hotel efficiently manages the accommodation and food services for all the participants and ensure great communication and quality services. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether it is for business or tourism purposes.

A terrace beautifully decorated with lovely flowers, most tasteful ice-cream ever tasted, kindness, smiles and professionalism in every corner! Cleaned, spacious and softly perfumed rooms, soft pillows and a full minibar :))). Conference rooms and restaurants with delicious food, what else is there to say but PROFESSIONALISM in its best form! It was a great experience and I will definitely comeback to these lovely people!

Kind staff, clean and spacious room, good breakfast. Very nice location. I would recommend this hotel. There is a bit of parking problem around hotel but the staff are helpful to find space for the car.

4**** hotel? Rooms are dirty and poorly cleaned (if at all). From 2nd floor and above there is no warm nor hot water during 2 weeks business stay (exception was 1 day with somewhat warm water). Reception addressing the situation with silence and no further remedial action. Bathroom cleanliness horrific: shower never cleaned, the same is with toilette and the faucet which was full of limescale, dirt and MOLD. Towels at times dirty (residual black stains) and questionable when changed. Cleaner's body hairs found in the sink. Minibar in the room, empty and in non-working condition. Room equipped with kettle, coffee and tea, which were not regurarly refilled. Welcomed with dirty (stained) mirrors and not cleaned during the stay. Power sockets available only behind the TV and near one bed side. No power sockets in the bathroom (built-in hair dryer provided by the hotel). Not really bothered by stains and small damages on the wall, but sharing if anyone else could be bothered by this. The same applies to the old, outdated and stained carpet. Elevator slow. Bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast (buffet) is fine, everyone could find something for themselves. Restaurant personnel is mostly welcoming and kind apart few of them found to be rude. Depending on the room location, pigeons entering the room when balcony doors open. Nevertheless, needless to say: never coming back.
