埃爾帕塞奧公寓(Apartamentos El Paseo)

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben accessoriato (accappatoi e teli mare a disposizione, ombrellone per spiaggia, TV sia in cucina che in camera...etc), forse poche pentole per cucinare, ma nel nostro caso non servivano perchè mai pranzato/cenato in appartamento. Si trova sulla passeggiata che porta alle dune di Maspalomas (a circa 1,4km) e in posizione rialzata rispetto alla spiaggia, raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata comprensiva di una scalinata di circa 100 gradini. Buona disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei paraggi. Da rimarcare la gestione dell'impatto ambientale (struttura registrata EMAS). Reception aperta dalle 11:00 alle 15:00, ma viene fornito numero telefonico per eventuali problemi in altri orari.

Lugar perfecto para desconectar, con cercanía a muchos lugares de interés. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y lo más destacado las vistas tan bonitas al mar. Y por supuesto la amabilidad del personal.

Ke complexe est très bien placé. L'appartement est vaste et possede de belles terrasses avec une belle vue mer. Son positionnment permet de faire de beaux footing en bird de mer. Mais l'atout le plus important cest lacczuil excetionnel de cette dame vraiment tres sympathique et ultra serviable.... merci

El complejo es pequeño, y dispone de todas las comodidades, tanto en las instalaciones como en los apartamentos. Dependiendo del tipo de apartamento que elijas tendrás una planta u otra, pero todos los apartamentos son funcionalmente similares, tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días o semanas en ellos, y si necesita algo se lo pides a los maravillosos miembros del servicio. La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la playa, paseo marítimo, dunas, etc. Nunca tuvimos problema para aparcar en la misma calle del complejo, y además, Isaac nos ayudó a conseguir un coche de alquiler cuando ya lo dábamos por imposible. Los detalles marcan sin duda la diferencia de estos apartamentos (pan, agua, toallas, etc.), los cuales yo no dudaría en pagar un poco más y coger uno con vistas al mar. Espero volver a pasar otras vacaciones a estos apartamentos.

Spent two weeks here wow what service from Julia. A very lucky business to have her. Apar**ent was spacious. Clean even if it was a little dated We had ground floor. Would definitely have an higher floor in future. Did experience a few cockroach but no one fault. Cleaning was fab too. Area is ok but omg steps. Nothing to say negatively

Such a Great Experience; The Hotel is located right to the Paseo Costa Canaria; a lovely view down to the Beach of Playa del Ingles. We had an Ocean View on the top floor. The apar**ent included everything one needs, and the Staff is extremely helpful. No noises at night at all! Hasta luego!

A very clean, neat and well-equipped flat with everything you could possibly need for a stay, and probably quite a few things you never even thought of! The location is fantastic with a southeast-facing sea view from the main balcony (there are two), the beach close by (via steps, if this is an accessibility issue) and numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk. The apar**ent block has its own pool and laundry, as well as very helpful and friendly staff. The only (small) issue I had was that it is within earshot of the beach bars, so there is noise in the evenings - including one night an Elvis impersonator belting it out! However, in the main bedroom (on the opposite side to the beach) the noise is all but inaudible if the balcony door is closed, and while we were there it all stopped by 11:30 anyway. Nearby hotels like the Gold do coach pickups for island tours, so even if you don't hire a car you are not limited to Playa Des Ingles. In all, a very good, comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Liked · We really enjoyed our stay, the reception was very good and all the members of staff were really nice and friendly. We had a top floor apar**ent and the view of the sea and dunes were amazing from the excellent balcony at apt 11 which had table and chairs and a lounger. Added bonus as we were given bread rolls every morning we sat there enjoying our rolls and having breakfast. We were aware that the apar**ents were a bit dated but all the facilities worked ok; fridge, freezer oven and cooker and of course location was great!!! The apar**ents do need refurbishment and the an upgrade on the beds but it wouldn't put us off staying there again
