日落公主全包大飯店(Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive)

Tout était parfait sauf l’attente interminable au bar des piscines (aucune carte des boissons,quand vous demandez un cocktail sans alcool on vous propose de l’eau,parfois des serveuses viennent prendre commande auprès de vous à la piscine mais ne les rapportent jamais ou vous disent qu’il n’est pas possible d’avoir un cocktail sans alcool). Le réapprovisionnement du frigo dans la chambre se fait bien tout les jours mais quand vous demandez à ne pas mettre de l’alcool mais que de l’eau et des sodas sans sucre car diabétique on vous dit oui mais ce n’est pas fait ensuite. La personne de l’accueil qui a fait notre check in n’était pas aimable et ne nous a rien présenté de l’hôtel. Par contre le personnel d’entretien était très très aimable. L’environnement du complexe est exceptionnel et calme. Pleins d’animaux se promènent dans l’hôtel pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants et des adultes ! Les buffets sont de haute qualité du petit déjeuner jusqu’au dîner. Navette de l’hôtel payante pour se rendre dans playa del Carmen ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Et qui plus est très mauvaise communication pour trouver la station en ville (nous ont fait perdre 2h et 12€ de communication téléphonique)

Big, nice property. Lot's of animals on the property like deer and monkeys. Well maintained. Staff was great especially bartenders. Food was average at restaurants, but they have a lot of restaurants and snack bars, grills setup for burgers by the pools, tacos by the pool as well. Alcohol selection was better than other all inclusives I've stayed at. They had cheap shuttles to Playa Del Carmen regularly. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I booked my vacation through *******.ca and was disappointed to discover that airport transfers were not included in the package. When I contacted ******* for assistance, I was initially advised to hire a taxi or contact the resort for assistance. After further communication, they promised to follow up on the matter, but never responded. Consequently, I had to pay $120 USD for each 30-minute taxi ride. This was the first time airport-resort transfers were not included in the vacation package. Additionally, my friend lost his phone during our stay at the resort. We promptly reported it to the concierge and front desk, following up for two days. They claimed no lost items were reported in the past three days. Later, we learned from another guest that a lost phone had been turned in, suggesting possible foul play by hotel staff. Two days after reporting the lost phone, a manager had us fill out a declaration, We were informed that it would take an additional 72 hours for security to access and review the footage and determine the phone's whereabouts. Regrettably, we had to check out two days later, leaving the issue unresolved. Throughout our stay, there was a noticeable emphasis on maximizing profits from guests. Given these experiences, I won't book with ******* again and will avoid this resort.

The property grounds were beautiful and very big offering you opportunity to a variety of pools or beach access. There was plenty of food options at the buffet with a few restaurants. The beach shoreline was well kept at the resort and if walking along the shoreline passing other hotels they were also very well kept and safe to walk. A few things to note however is that because the grounds are large with many people visiting, we were only able to make 2 dinner reservations due to limited availability. The hotel rooms do not have humidity control so be prepared for your clothes and bed to feel damp and not all amenities that are listed are free to use such as the hot tub. The hotel has one hot tub in the spa which you must pay to access which we found very disappointing and misleading when reading the amenities.

Os travesseiros são duros e desconfortáveis. Tive muita dificuldade para reservar o jantar nos restaurantes temáticos. Sempre sem horário livre, mas depois de muitas tentativas consegui alguns. As espreguiçadeiras da praia e da piscina sempre ocupadas. Os hóspedes colocam a toalha e saem, e ficamos sem poder usar. Muito difícil achar uma livre. No mais o hotel é maravilhoso!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo diverse volte. Sempre nelle Suite Laguna Villa, con piscina e servizi esclusivi. Torneremo sopra tutto per la gentilezza e la cortesia dei dipendenti, in generale. In particolare quest'anno vorremmo ringraziare Il Super Concierge Renè Munoz, le due ragazze del bar Celsa Peralta e Lorena Lorenzo, e il barman Fabian Garcia. Grazie ai loro servizi e cortesie prenoteremo anche l'anno prossimo.

Not a great experience. We booked a platinum room, thankfully they upgraded us to a beach view room, it made the stay tolerable. I am not a terribly picky eater, but the overall quality of the food was a huge disappointment. Limited options and nothing was seasoned. Dinner at La Fleur was fantastic, but that was about it. The resort is too big and overcrowded for the number of staff available. At the buffet you may get your water or coffee filled… but don’t expect someone to come back, I know I won’t be back.

This property has other properties attached so there are certain areas you are aloud to sit at by the pool/ dinning when we checked in the lady did not give us any info I showed a picture of a room and asked if they had this and she said it was one of their attached properties that we could not have a room like that. Very understaffed I’ve never been to an all inclusive where there was no ppl serving drinks or helping you find seats around the pool. Making reservations for dinner was horrible never no opinions available. Room service what a joke they never cleaned our sheets they just remade our bed and we kept leaving the one bed unmade so they could see they sheets were stained and wanted new ones but never did, there’s a sing on their mini refrigerator that states what will be in there and never had what it said. Lines were always long for getting drinks had the worst experience our last day they were going to be doing a shift change and the guys at the bar where flirting with these girls and did not help anyone out then the new guy came was pissed off that all these ppl were waiting I asked for a non alcoholic drink and was told that he did not have the stuff when it was clearly there then I spoke in Spanish telling him it was infront of him and he told me he was not making it and I just took myself and my daughters away from the bar so they didn’t have to hear him being rude to us. Food was just ok I will not be recommending this resort to any of my family or friends

En general el servicio y atención bueno, nos atendieron muy bien en el lobby y nos dieron varios tips para disfrutar mejor nuestra estancia. La zona de playa es buena y el servicio en la zona premium por parte de las meseras y el bar muy amables y con excelente actitud. La comida de los restaurantes para cenas con reservacion es muy buena, la del buffet no tanto, hace falta variedad. No nos agrado la actitud del concierge, solo ibamos a estar 3 noches y solo había disponibilidad para reservar en el resturante 1 noche, la última, siendo que iba por el festejo de cumpleaños no nos apoyaron. Fuimos una de las primeras noches a intentar ver si había disponibilidad en un restaurante, nos dijeron que era poco probable pero si comprabamos una botella de vino si nos daban mesa, compramos la botella y tuvimos una buena cena, sin embargo, si nos percatamos que había muchas mesas disponibles, es decir, no había necesidad de comprar la botella desde nuestro punto de vista. En general vemos oportunidad para mejorar el sistema de reservacion para las cenas, ya que en nuestro caso solo se pudo 1 noche de las 3 que estuvimos y una mejor actitud por parte del concierge en este tema, entendemos que puede tener varios reclamos pero con una buena actitud puede cambiar mucho la percepción del cliente.
