This hotel is too bad for their service. It's near the airport but my room isn't good. Electricity isn't stable. They charged more for 2nd adult for extra time.

Worst service ...not guest friendly. We requested for little early check in and shifting of break fast on the day of check in but not at all cooperative. Very rigid management behaviour. They don't want to give good service to the customer. Very bad

Had a nice stay with my parents and daughter for a night. Breakfast was nice and simple, healthy and hearty. Overall the place was clean. Very near to the airport, good for anyone who requires a quick stay nearby airport. Affordable and good.

First of all hotel location is nearby by airport which was very important for me, Staff behaviour was very humble and polite, room was neat and clean with premium interior and fittings, breakfast was delicious and with lots of options to choose. Overall it was a great experience of staying at shivash Gateway hotel, would like to visit again for sure.

It was a great experience at hotel. The staff was so friendly & polite. Food was excellent. Rooms & loo were hygienic. Having a cab pick-up and drop facilities. Near to the Airport just 15 minutes. Have Access to the city from there. Providing high speed wifi.

Rooms are good, staff behaviour is good , room is cleaning good , decent food. The cons are everything has to be requested for replenishment even if we stay for long time. Room key Card gets deactivated even if I am visiting restaurant within the property. First Aid kit to be placed in property. TV recharge getting expired every second day and selection of channels is like very limited. No options, only one language channels could be subscribed.

The room was spacious/clean/well-maintained, with comfortable beds/modern amenities/great views. One highlight was the breakfast buffet which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, if there’s a downside: "the Wi-Fi was slow," or "the walls were thin and it got noisy at night"

Cleaning was good room are clean specially Naseema staff was very good..... Rooms are cleaned properly and well maintained house keeping staffs are good........ Overall good experience with Shivas Gateway .... Had a pleasant stay there...

Took a transit halt at Shivas Gateway. Was pleasantly surprise. The room is basic, but clean and reasonably well appointed. Everything works, the a/c, kettle, Wifi. The breakfast spread is great, very elaborate and good stuff. The staff is friendly too. Nice option near the toll-gate, near the airport at BLR.
