瑪麗亞莊園飯店(Hacienda Maria Bonita Hotel)

Muy buena ubicacion. Cerca de la 5ta avenida. Facil acceso. Seguridad bien. El hotel es bonito tipo colonial pero le falta cuidado en sus cuartos y accesorios los muebles viejos cortina rota. Si cuidaran eso seria un gran hotel. Se ve descuidado el cistto. Por lo demas es una excelente ubicación van 3 veces que me hospedo aqui. No esta mal pero puede mejorar.

El hotel es viejo y tienen muy descuidadas las instalaciones. Por las noches se escucha todo el ruido de los bares y restaurantes alrededor del hotel lo que hace dificil poder descansar.

有幾次失敗！ 1.有的房間熱水一天不夠用。 2. 飯店部分區域沒有通電。然後他們就解決了。 3.臨街有4、5個停車位。有一天，我不得不支付私人停車費。 4.我決定使用小泳池的唯一一天那裡有潛水課程，我無法進去。 5. 我們訂了5間房間，只有一間有迷你吧。 6. 在我的淋浴中，水沒有排入排水管。 7. 我的房間裡只有一條毛巾。 結論：如果您只想睡覺並且想在普拉亞德爾卡曼有一個好的位置，那麼這已經成功了一半。 我建議您尋找另一種選擇。

We have stayed at this hotel for a few years now as my husband and I go every year. We have always had pleasant experiences and the staff has always been friendly. This is when we invited a few friends to come with us, we were so embarrassed and disappointed in the property. one room's ac was not working, when we reported it. They asked if we were doing it right. The office personnel had an attitude every time we went up there to complain or ask about something. Our showers had almost no cold water.... Crazy to say right but all we really had was scotching hot water. One room did not have a fridge but all other of our friends/rooms had one. When they asked if they could be moved to one with a fridge their answer was we don't have any more. We were so disappointed that after years of raving that it wasn't the same this year which is most likely from the management change they were through. I have loved the location of being close to just about everything. I'm not sure where we'll stay in 2023. When i asked the front desk girl to please print out a 6 papers per room as we had 4 rooms she said that was alot and she would have to charge me $1 peso per paper. The paperwork was a form we had to fill out for our departure that we received from the airline. WORST customer service ever. The only person that was still friend and greeted us as each year was the man that watches the front lobby area after hours at the entrance gate.

Super bien ubicado, céntrico, habitaciones cómodas, bonito y limpio

El hotel es basico , tiene un piscina, el personal es amable. La ventaja es la ubicacion ya que se encuentra a una cuadra de la 5ta av
