We have stayed at this hotel for a few years now as my husband and I go every year. We have always had pleasant experiences and the staff has always been friendly. This is when we invited a few friends to come with us, we were so embarrassed and disappointed in the property. one room's ac was not working, when we reported it. They asked if we were doing it right. The office personnel had an attitude every time we went up there to complain or ask about something. Our showers had almost no cold water.... Crazy to say right but all we really had was scotching hot water. One room did not have a fridge but all other of our friends/rooms had one. When they asked if they could be moved to one with a fridge their answer was we don't have any more. We were so disappointed that after years of raving that it wasn't the same this year which is most likely from the management change they were through. I have loved the location of being close to just about everything. I'm not sure where we'll stay in 2023. When i asked the front desk girl to please print out a 6 papers per room as we had 4 rooms she said that was alot and she would have to charge me $1 peso per paper. The paperwork was a form we had to fill out for our departure that we received from the airline. WORST customer service ever. The only person that was still friend and greeted us as each year was the man that watches the front lobby area after hours at the entrance gate.
