大里維埃拉公主家庭俱樂部度假村-全包(Princess Family Club Riviera - All Inclusive)

Esta muy bien pensado para familias, tienen muy buenos detalles para los niños como literas donde caben 3 niños y cuartos muy bien distribuidos, además de una excelente atención y protocolos de seguridad. El único pero son las albercas del family club, el agua estaba muy fría y el parque acuático estaba cerrado, pero fue un buen pretexto para ir a la playa.

Sólo lo elegimos por el área infantil y nunca funcionó, q estaba en mantenimiento y litera fui varias veces y 1 una persona trabajando ps así no está nada padre debería avisar q estarán fuera de servicio y así uno decide si se hospeda o no, y el personal decía que quizá mañana y así a todo mundo (mintiendo); el área de kids igual mal información y el día q fui me dijeron q fuera más tarde, fui más tarde y q habían puesto un químico para limpiar y tampoco se pudo utilizar… comida regalar a buena, habitación padre amplia con amenidades para los niños

Nos gustó que hay muchos restaurantes, en el área del Princess family había restaurantes exclusivos y estaba muy tranquilo ir a comer ahí, por el precio que pague valió la pena. En cuanto a la playa esta bien, solo un poco de piedras pequeñas pero nada que no te permita hacer actividades dentro del mar.

I stayed for family vacation. Room was ok with reasonable price as 2nd tier hotel in Cancun. Please google for pics. HOWEVER, their bunk bed should be replaced immediately. It is supposed to be for kids but as you see the picture, there's no ladder to climb down. Even I couldn't grab hard enough the frame to climb up and down cause their wooden bed frame is so thick and nothing to grab it. It is designed very dangerously and I don't know how many kids got injured and will get insured. Unfortunately, one of my kids fell from the top of the bunk bed cause she couldn't hold the bed frame strong enough and when she fell. she hit the edge of the glass-topped tea table right next to the bed and she got severally injured and ended up going to emergency hospital to get stitch surgery and her scar will remain forever. The staffs kept asking me if I need anything, they can provide such as free internet, extra dinner service. but who would say those service when the kids got badly injured. I asked any help from nearby Mexican law office and they refused cause I'm in US. Also, my US attorney tried to contact the hotel directly but they took really long time and my attorney's bill was getting crazy. so I couldn't continue to use her. If you have plan to go this hotel with kids who wants to use the top of the bunk bed as most kids want to use, do not ever let them go. It's very dangerous. Every time, I see her scar, I get so emotional and saddened. My worst decision ever.

Very limited English speakers here. When we had issues, it was hard to communicate with the staff. They were painting for days next to our room and the smell would come in everytime I opened the door and through the vents. My wife and 2 year old daughter were having a hard time breathing and having headaches. It took over 4 hours to get a new room and they were asking me to sign a special room change request form. They were saying how there were absolutely no rooms available. The special restaurants that you have to reserve for have very limited staff. ONE chef for an entire night made the food come out extremely slowly. Not only that but it was extremely hot in these restaurants. Almost like they want to move you to the buffet. They have a golf cart to move you from one end of the resort to the other but it comes every 20 minutes and it gets full easily. Staff at the children’s check in are extremely rude to non Spanish speakers. Only the Spanish speakers got champagne at check in. Had two rooms and they were both night and day. One had a fridge that worked, another didn’t. One had a shower that trickled water, another had a normal flow. One toilet would barely flush and the other one was only a little bit better. Would not recommend this place at all.

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar con la familia , los cuartos amplios si tienen hijos , hay carritos para los bebés, en el bufete hasta comida para bebé ! Y el kids club y su personal increíble !!! Los restaurantes deliciosos , el personal la mayoría muy amable y atentos Lo único que observamos al llegar las almohadas nada cómodas y pedimos cambio porque olían raro, las cortinas estaban rotas , fuera de eso todo nos encanto

Lo único que no me gustó el concierge de family. No me dio opciones para cena... Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

The kids water play area, The pools Attached to the rooms, the family suites, the jacuzzi in the rooms, the golf cart transportation to and from your room if requested, disliked the elevator locations and the size of the elevators. I had a mockingbird stroller with two children in it and we weee barely able to fit in the elevator.

This was our first time staying at this resort and my family and I enjoyed our stay. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we got there until we left. Ricardo from Royal Holiday was amazing. He tended to all of our needs in a timely manner. His customer service is top quality. The resort itself was great as well. My kids loved the Kids Club area they had. Plenty of activities for the little ones to do. They have a good variety in what to eat with their 2 buffets that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and their 5 restaurants. Their shows were also very good. We’ve stayed at other resorts in Mexico and I’ve got to say their shows are the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
