Ottimi letti e pulizia anche se il phon ha smesso di funzionare e ci hanno dato una scala con un Phon che emanava forte odore acido di vomito. Per il resto tutto normale. La cucina dispone di quantità minime per sapone piatti e nel bagno c'è solo unna saponetta. Dotazione minima. Se uno fa 2/3 gg si ritrova a comprare tutto ed a sprecare.

The apartment was very clean bright, spacious and very well equipped. It was cleaned every second day by Isa who did a fantastic job in a friendly manner. It was located very close to the beach and probably the noisiest part of the *****. However the complex wasn't affected by this. There was no air con but the fan that was provided was sufficient. Overall it was great value for money and made for a great holiday

We stayed for 9 nights, the room was excellent very spacious with a very big balcony that had the sun most of the day. The room had plenty of wardrobe space and a very good sized bathroom with a walk in shower. It was serviced every other day to a very high standard. We arrived during the day the check in was very easy and the reception team were very attentive and professional. We cannot recommend this complex highly enough it was absolutely excellent.

Just came back from a solo trip for a week. Inside the room was clean and updated. The room I stayed in was facing the main road which meant at 4am every morning without fail I was woken up by drunk rowdy groups arguing or shouting all the way up the road. I could hear other residents shouting at these groups to keep the noise down so I know I wasn't alone with this issue. This is an unfortunate consequence of being located so close to Veronicas. Also the balcony never saw any sun which meant drying clothes was pretty much impossible. Would I stay here again? well it was cheap and I guess cheap for a reason. Maybe I'd stay if I was to stop at one of the apartments behind the row I was on. Those had sunlight on the balconys and might have been sheltered from the noise from the people walking down the road.

Very good location, nice updated rooms. Check in is a short walk away in pariso de sol and you can use their pool and facilities. Very friendly staff, can't go wrong for the money if you want a cheap self catering holiday. Only thing that's missing is Aircon, it gets quite hot in the nights so take a small fan with you. Also it's in party central so if you don't like noise or looking for a quiet holiday it's probably not the best location for you.

Had a great 10 night stay at this apartment block. Check in was using a lockbox to receive keycard, all very straightforward, code emailed from the apartments prior to arrival. Room was really spacious and clean; shower, hairdryer, sliding wardrobe, kitchen appliances, fan, tv, all working fine. Fridge and small freezer compartment. It was in a perfect location for me, just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach and the ***** was equally close, surprisingly I could not hear it from the apartments. Supermarket next door and multiple restaurants nearby. Also, a bus pick up point was directly behind the apartments in front of the Ole Tropical hotel, this was fantastic as I got picked up for all my activities and tours there. I locked myself out once and the staff called me back within a matter of minutes to get access to the emergency keycard, very quick response from them, and cleaning staff did a great job. There are only two slight cons to my entire stay which may be worth nothing - I was in block D, a balcony room, however my balcony did not get any sun at any point during the stay. As I had so many activities/tours booked I was rarely in my room at length, so this didn't bother me, but if you enjoy sun on your balcony I would see if they could accommodate a special request. Also, I found the bed harder than was comfortable for me, especially for 10 days, however neither of these things would put me off booking again and I look forward to coming back next year!

There are old reviews for these apartments which don’t do it justice. They have obviously been refurbished and I couldn’t really fault them for self-catering apartments. The apartments are bright and modern with good size balconies/terraces. The bathroom is modern with a large walk-in shower. There wasn’t a hairdryer when I arrived but one was fitted during my stay. Toilet paper is provided and replenished by housekeeping. Towels can be changed whenever housekeeping come in (3 times a week), if you want. Spare towels and bedding were also in the wardrobe. The kitchenette has a 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge with small freezer compartment. Cutlery, dishes and pans provided. Washing up liquid, sponge and tea towels were provided. There is a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside table with drawers so plenty of storage. Apartments have twin beds pushed together, a dining table and a sofa. There is also a table and chairs on the patio. There is a safe which is free to use and also free wi-fi. TV has multiple channels from various countries, the major UK TV channels were available. There are self-service laundry facilities - €4 for washing and €3 for the dryer and laundry detergent can also be purchased. There is also an airer provided in the apartment. The grounds are well kept with lots of flowers and palm trees. The location is great - close to everything in Las Americas and a really short walk to the beach. There are supermarkets on the same street. It’s self check-in (keys in lock box) so you can check in at whatever time you need to. There are quite a lot of stairs so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Also if you don’t pack light, try to get a downstairs apartment to minimise the number of stairs! Getting upstairs with a heavy suitcase isn’t so easy. It is near the ***** so at busy times I imagine it could be noisy but I didn’t really have any problems with noise. You can hear the entertainment from neighbouring hotels at times but it wasn’t an issue.

Appartamenti raggiungibili comodamente dall'aeroporto tramite taxi oppure tramite bus + 5 minuti di camminata. Buona posizione, centralissima (playa de Las Americas) , a 5 minuti dalla stazione degli autobus di Adeje. Purtroppo le lenzuola e gli asciugamani avevano qualche macchia/alone. Le camere comunque risultavano pulite e luminose e il servizio di pulizia frequente e preciso. Personalmente non l'ho trovato particolarmente rumoroso, in quanto la zona è super turistica e piena di ragazzi e locali. Se si ha bisogno di silenzio assoluto,playa de Las Americas non fa per voi. 5 minuti la spiaggia più vicina, anche se quelle più belle sono un po' più lontane( a mio avviso), ma comunque facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Consiglio a gruppi di amici e a coppie festaiole. Ps In questa zona non troverete ristoranti particolarmente buoni e tipici.
