巴蘭科阿勒吉雅飯店(Alegria Barranco)

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione,a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, circondata da locali, supermercati, negozi e con la fermata dell'autobus adiacente L'appartamento che ci hanno assegnato era moderno, ben attrezzato e silenzioso. Il personale gentile e disponibile Sicuramente lo sceglieremo ancora in futuro

Stayed here for 3 nights and wouldn’t go again. Arrived to be told check in doesn’t open until 3pm so had to leave our stuff and go out for a few hours when we did come back to check in it was so slow! Was told we had to pay 100 euros deposit but no explanation to why but it was refunded the day we checked out and they didn’t make us wait to check the room first. The shower flooded our room the first night and the following night we had to go ask for fresh towels, the following night again we had to go ask for more and take the soaking wet towels to then as the damp smell was stinking the room out! Wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there and to be honest don’t think it was cleaned properly before we got there! We didn’t use the pool area as the weather wasn’t really sunbathing weather but we had a look and it is a lot Smaller than the pics and didn’t look like there was many loungers for sitting around the pool. We had a terrace on our room but no loungers even if we wanted to enjoy the sun. The only thing this place has going for it is the area it’s in.

Just back from a 5 night stay here. We had read mixed reviews but all in all it was a good experience. The room was clean and had ample facilties for a self catering holiday. The location is great and the beds were comfortable. There is a supermarket located next door. The downside was it is above a sports bar so it was noisy but that didn't bother us. I would not recommend this hotel for families. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers but we visited friends staying at snother hotel and used their pool. The staff were the biggest downfall for us. The check in process was very slow and they were not the friendliest. I would have given 3.5 of a rating if I could but decided on 4 stars as the location is so central.

Family of 3 and placed in room 316, which was on the third floor, as this was a corner room we were lucky enough to have sunbeds outside the room and a really big terrace area to sunbathe. There's plenty of sunbeds in the centre on the third floor too. This whole floor lacks privacy and no outdoor seating anywhere just sunbeds. Pool area is tiny! We went once and glad we didn't have a pool room to be honest! Rooms were clean and modern with aircon. 1 bedroom and 1 living area. (sofa bed is the bed in the living area which is what our 14 year old stayed on. Only one mirror in the bathroom no full length one or any mirrors anywhere else! Kitchen area had a fridge, kettle, toaster, pans, cooking hob, plates, pans etc. We only had 2 glasses and needed more cutlery. Cleaning didn't really happen, maid cleaned once in 8 days and never emptied the bins we had to take them out! Towels changed 3 times We had a great stay, but wouldn't like to have had a room on second floor, our eldest came a day later and was on the second floor above the walkiki bar and a tiny corner high balcony with no seating or anything! Overall we had a great holiday, weather was amazing and these apartments are in a great location.

We were part of a large group scattered in different hotels around Playa and feel our accomodation was the best value for money. Booking 'room only' I was hoping for towels but did not expect fridge/freezer, pans, kettle etc all in a perfectly clean white spacious room. Our lanky teenage son enjoyed the double sofa bed. Great location with supermarket for fresh bread and bar attatched. Would definitely stay again

La struttura è situata in una zona centralissima a Las Americas, è possibile raggiungere le spiagge ed il centro a piedi (circa 10 minuti di cammino). La struttura è stata recentemente rinnovata così come gli arredi. Peccato che da quando è stata rinnovata, sembra lasciata a sé stessa: i muri con buchi dovuti a degli urti con sedie o tavoli e sporchi (segno che non vengono tinteggiati regolarmente), pavimenti non proprio puliti e lenzuola ai limiti dell’igiene: bucate e già dal primo giorno trovate con macchie sospette. Preciso che nonostante nella prenotazione ci fosse scritto che dopo 3 giorni sarebbero stati sostituiti gli asciugamani e dopo 5 le lenzuola, dopo 3 giorni il cambio non era stato effettuato. Sostituiti il quarto giorno solo dopo mio sollecito. Le lenzuola mai sostituite, arrivate al settimo giorno in condizioni a dir poco pietose. Le pentole così come le posate lasciate sporche dagli ospiti precedenti ed evidentemente non controllate dal personale della struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso che acquisisce valore solo per la posizione strategica della struttura. Non ci tornerei.

al chek-in ci hanno richiesto una cauzione obbligatoria di 100 euro dicendoci che ci sarebbe stata resa al chek-out , ma al chek-out ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero inviato i soldi in 2 giorni , ma tutt'oggi dopo quasi un mese ancora non ci hanno restituito niente e in più non rispondono neanche più alle email. inoltre al momento del chek out siamo stati trattati in modo molto scortese dal personale.

Really couldnt fault it - ideally placed - modern - clean - Friendly efficient staff - will definately go back and would recommend it - apart from small pool no other concerns - 2 mins from Beach - x

Apartamentos en muy buena zona de la Playa de las Américas, en el sur de Tenerife. Cama y almohada muy cómoda,aire acondicionado y televisor en la habitación. Tiene una piscina muy agradable y tumbonas para poder tomar el sol. Personal de recepción muy amable. La única pega es que no tiene servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, lo tienes que contratar a parte.Únicamente te cambian las toallas y te dejan papel higiénico al tercer día.Y el quinto día te cambian las sábanas. Hay alojada mucha gente joven, por la noche se oyen voces y gritos porque vienen de fiesta.Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo mejor mirar otro sitio.
