特內里費皇城花園飯店(Tenerife Royal Gardens - Viviendas Vacacionales)

Appartamento estremamente datato, mal tenuto (la doccia era minuscola e sporca di ruggine e silicone ingiallito) e soprattutto sporco, scarafaggi che camminavano liberamente per il bagno.. un vero incubo, per accedere alla camera si passava per un corridoio stretto, sporco saturo degli odori di cucinato del ristorante vicinissimo, le mura erano sottilissime si sentiva parlare le persone dell'appartamento di fianco, Il terrazzino era praticamente sulla strada, se stavi dentro non potevi aprire le tende perché dalla strada si vedeva all'interno e la strada era trafficatissima di gente, di bancarelle improvvisate dove ti proponevano le escursioni.. e se stavi fuori ti veniva da vomitare tanto era forte l'odore di cucinato, bastava scavalcare un muretto di un metro ed eri dentro la stanza. Ho provato a chiedere un cambio stanza ma mi è stato negato ..il proprietario è contattabile solo per messaggi e non capisce un cazz.. di italiano per cui scrive le cose e poi fa la traduzione ad capocchiam il primo giorno per farmi trovare la strada della camera mi sembrava di giocare alla caccia al tesoro... In tutta l'isola è presente un altissimo tasso di criminalità ( il secondo giorno mi hanno sfondato il vetro dell'auto a noleggio nel parcheggio vicino(che è introvabile, un ora di attesa in auto) e rubato tutta l'attrezzattura fotografica per un danno di diverse migliaia di euro tanto faticosamente acquistate ) la guardia civile completamente inutile, pur sapendo che sono cose che si verificano di continuo non fanno nulla per evitarlo.. bastava pure un cartello con l'avviso di non lasciare nulla in auto.. marocchini che vendono roba contraffatta nella strada più importante di plaja de las Americas.. e camminando per il lungomare di sera ci sono pusher ogni 20 metri e non puoi guardarti intorno altrimenti ti si avvicinano ed è veramente sgradevole (gente del posto), per non parlare del cibo davvero schifoso e costosissimo ..

Fin leilighet rett ved stranden. Mange restauranter i området og kort vei til shopping både i Las Americas og Los Cristianos. Leiligheten hadde stor terrasse og utsikt til stranden. Det var ikke noe bråk fra gaten. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Utleier hadde kontor i bygget. Vi kom utenom kontorets åpningstid så vi fikk mail med enkle instrukser for å finne frem til leilighet og nøkkel. Hyggelig og hjelpsom utleier. Vil anbefale dette stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake.

La struttura era molto carina e presenta una piscina molto bella, si tratta di vari appartamenti di vari proprietari. L’appartamento in se era carino ma non conforme a quello che volevamo e avevamo pagato. Inoltre i codici forniti non erano corretti, abbiamo dovuto affidarci a delle ragazze che erano lì in vacanza. Nel nostro caso una pessima esperienza causata dalla host, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il rimborso

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till allt, tyst omgivning. Dock så var det renovering i rummet intill och då gick det inte att vara i rummet. Så under ett antal dagar så kunde vi inte vara i rummet mellan 10,00-16,00.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our apartment was B2 11 and was honestly 5 star. Everything was perfect and even had a washing machine!!! We could not find even one fault in the whole complex. Would highly recommend. Thankyou so much Tenerife royal gardens, we can't wait to return!!!!

Great location. ( GOLD ) Easy access to the beach and amenities. Studio apartment left a lot to be desired. Loverlyy view of the pool and surounding area's. Nice place to chill and great space for the mind body and soul. 😎 Would I go back? Maybe! if my arm was twisted 🤣😎

Stayed here for three nights, myself and my partner in a studio apartment. The location is excellent, right on the doorstep of the beach, shops and restaurants however still very quiet and peaceful. Our view from the apartment balcony was fab, looking on to the pool with beach to our left. The whole grounds are spotlessly clean and really well looked after. The grounds are gated with a code for the door so very private. You cut through the Taurus restaurant to get into the grounds and have to say the food is excellent and definitely worth a visit. We would definitely stay here here again.

Location is perfect. beach, good choices for restaurants within five minutes, ten minutes to playas las Americas. Supermarkets all within easy reach. Security gated area. Two pools one heated with lots of space for sun loungers. Gardens are well maintained, Apartment is immaculate, very clean and well equipped, everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. A lot of thought has gone into decoration and the furnishings both of which are very tasteful. King size bed is very comfortable, fold down bed in living room too. dining possible either inside or on balcony. More than enough storage facilities. Washing machine in bathroom. Induction hob with microwave/oven plus all the usual kitchen appliances including a capsule coffee machine. Previous holidaymakers had left some groceries and toiletries, it is good that Marcello does not remove these but leaves them for next occupants, if you do the same it is swings and roundabouts. Marcello is a gentleman to do business with, very professional and this shows in the standard of his apartments. We have no connection with Marcello other than being a very satisfied customer. Very nice apartment on the top floor in a duplex style. Nicely furnished and clean. Lovely swimming pool and lots of sunbeds available all the time. There is a games room and it gives some shade as does the trees dotted around the pool but no umbrellas. Nice that the children could enjoy their floats and it was never too busy. The steak house attached to the complex is excellent but a bit slow serving but the food is lovely. Quiet location next to the busy Golden mile where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.
