The hotel that we stayed in was not clean. The lampshades had cobwebs on them.. and the desk look like it hadn’t been wiped down. The halls were cold and so were the elevators. It’s almost like the HVAC system didn’t work… there was no room service, and the food at the restaurant was cold as well for breakfast. We didn’t necessarily like the hotel. It’s not nothing that it appeared to be in the pictures. We will not be staying at that location again.

You know when you cover up a hole in the drywall with artwork? That’s the best way to explain this hotel. It appears to be nice until you move the mask. The room was awkwardly large, the door was narrow just like the hallway. The room was clean until you looked close. We found toe nail clippings and neither of us clipped our toe nails. The ice machine was missing on our floor, only a hole was in its place. The elevator was sketchy, like it was on its last ride. My friend even got stuck in it at one point. The “Starbucks” warmed up Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The images from the time of booking was not what we got at the time of check in. Not sure why? I would’ve rather saved some money and stayed at the holiday inn.

The staff in the restaurant wasn’t very attentive we had to ask for additional dressing twice and The room key we got was not even to the correct room so we had to go back to the front desk and ask for the correct room and then had to pay 15 a day to leave my vehicle and take the shuttle. And there wasn’t any shampoo in our shower at 4 am when we had to get up to leave. I know things happen in this day and age however this was my first experience at the Hilton and I wasn’t very impressed. I hope this review will help the Hilton with customer service in the future.

the wifi didn't work, the starbucks is closed, and the restaurant wasn't in clear plain sight. I truly this this hotel feels like a ghost town and needs to be brought back to life.

Booked this hotel for a couples “stay cation” with a big reason being that we wanted to swim but the pool was closed. We weren’t told this at check in either. We found out on our own after we put our swim suits on and went downstairs to the pool. Not a huge deal because I know things happen, but it was disappointing especially not being told at check in. The thing I thought was most unprofessional was the room service/maids came into our room twice before 9:30 am. They knocked once and walked in around 7:30am then realized we were in the sleeping and left. Then came back again at 9:30am, knocked, entered, and realized we were still in there. Apologized and left again. I’ve never had this happen and I think it’s really unprofessional especially since that was early hours, no where near check out, and we were still asleep. Lastly, they charge $18.99 for a breakfast buffet that is just like any other hotel breakfast.

It has a pool but not hot bath. The worst thing was about shower. Its water pressure was too weak and temperature was not hot enough.

Why do you not collect information on license plates and car make/models at check in. There was a car alarm going off from 1-2am. And the front desk was not able to identify whose car it was. This is brutal for an airport hotel when often your clientele is only there to get a few hours sleep after flight cancellations etc.
