堪薩斯城國際機場希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City International Airport)

We have stayed all along this area due to the location. So, I decided to try Embassy Suites. Not a good selection for the money spent. The first thing a person notices when they walk in is the smell. Reminded me of a cross between moldy food and sewer gas. Thought ok the fountain has issues. Got up to the room and the smell was there too. The heater/ac fan is running right now. Sounds like a car engine with a bad lifter. The room also needs a good cleaning. The lamp had a 7 year growth of dust along with the baseboards. Overall, the place is old and the smell when you walk in says hello, now run for another motel.

Nice family/team stay for a VB Tournament. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great full breakfast. Appreciative of the airport shuttle. Very nice and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the nice pool area with a little one.

For the exception of the lack of concern to assist my wife and I with extra sheets for our bed, we still love this hotel. As a business man I will not tear down the image of a great business model due to an employee’s behavior. This was our second visit, we will come again, and if the employee mentioned cannot treat us with decency, I will definitely speak with upper management. Thank you.

nice hotel that offers a good breakfast, and free drinks at the bar around 5:30 for adults. Nice rooms easily can fit a family of 6. The breakfast has bacon on the buffet with nice omelet chef. You also have to pay for parking $12 a night which kind of sucks.

Loved this property! Stayed here when we came from California to watch the Chiefs playoff game. Close to shopping and Arrowhead Stadium! Would definitely come back here!

Embassy suites is a great place to stay with friends and family. The breakfast is amazing.

The hotel is close to the airport which is why I booked it. That is where the positives end. There was a piano which blasted music so loudly we could hear it well after 10pm even over our own tv in the room. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything happening in the room above us and beside us so we barely slept. We decided to try sleeping on the pull out sofa bed to escape the noises in the bedroom side of the room and still the music was playing so loudly it was hard to sleep through that. The carpet was coming unglued and had a big roll in the middle of the floor. There was also trash on the elevator floor that stayed there from our arrival through check out.

We parked our car here for extended stay while we were on vacation. We were shuttled to the airport. Upon return we called the hotel and they informed us there wasn’t a shuttle available for several hours, however they reimbursed our Uber ride back to the hotel. The room was cleaned and they allowed us the check out late. We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely return.

Bartender was amazing and the food was very good. The pull out sofa bed was well a pull out sofa bed. Over all good stay.
