While staying here the room above me flooded out and the water came pouring through my ceiling I requested a refund and was not granted it I was granted a measly 61 trip coins

The property needs an upgrade and the management needs to ensure that items such tissues and soup are of good quality and quantity.

Great and professional environment. Would recommend any of my family and friends.

It was very neat and clean, and the staff were very professional and polite. I recommend Baywatch by Windham

Not as expected

First impression - The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It could also use some aesthetic repairs. The hotel and my room was fairly clean. But, the remote didn't let me change the TV channels - No big deal. The big deal was trying to shower in the morning. The tub drain was so slow, it was impossible to shower. Staff was great, put changed me to another room. That room had a proper working tub, but had no towels and was not clean. Bathroom walls needed cleaning, shower curtain (inside) had crud and hair on the toilet seat. Overall experience was not bad, but not what I would expect.

I'm sorry to say that although the staff is friendly, this property is very run down. It must be an old hotel that Baymont bought. It is also in an area of Plano that I felt very unsafe. No one was rude. But, it was obvious that some of the guest there stay for a while because the price is so cheap.

The shower had mold and was cracked around the bedpan. Turned on the water in the shower and it came out black/brownish for about 2min before it became clear. Found a large waterbug by the toilet. I would never stay here again. This was the worst property i have ever stayed at.

Nasty stunk like **** when clearly said no smoking At the front desk rooms were nasty breakfast was not really even breakfast just waffles and juice

The breakfast is really not good. We also asked for linen for couple of times but they gave us different kind of blanket.

Good hotel, I’d say it’s fair for the price, the owners are pretty cool people, it’s just that the property is a bit worn out

Customer service was fine, no complain. Room smells (like the smell after water-flood) in the room, bathroom tub terrible, from inside bathroom door was like, a year ago :), someone has splashed the coke/ or something on it, it needs some repair (can see hole in the door), no dustbin in the bathroom. Did not feel to take shower in that shower-room :(. Morning coffee's terrible taste, looks like water was "extracted" from terrible tap-water, :( mad(e) my day. LOL - toasting bread, I had to stand to hold down the broken knob - LOL - :) :) :) what a quality check :)

Everything was so nasty at this Hotel. Room was not vacuumed, Hallway was not vacuumed, no ice bucket on the room, all the parts to the coffee pot werent there, and there wasnt an iron in the room.

Would not recommend. Staff was rude and unpleasant refused another guest toilet paper until the following morning. Room was not clean hair in the sheets. Breakfast was empty and dirty.
