普萊諾北達拉斯普雷斯頓普雷斯飯店(Preston Place Plano-North Dallas)

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, I would never stay in this hotel again. The A/C wasn't working in the first room we checked into. The staff was very accommodating with changing rooms. Although the hotel is in a very nice area, the price point seems to draw less than savory characters. After changing rooms, my son and I listened to a domestic argument in the room next door. I did inform hotel management but I'm not sure anything was said or done. People were walking around blatantly smoking ****. This hotel looks like it had tons of maintenance issues and was dirty and smelly. There were lots of stains on the carpets and walls in the hallways. There was no A/C in the hallways or elevator. The stairways were dark and dirty. Saw bugs in the stairways. The room was pretty much the same with exception of bugs. This hotel is need of a complete remodel. This hotel needs to add a security guard!!

In such a busy city it was nice to be off of less crowded streets while still being close to everything you might need. Very close to the location I was visiting without having to jump on any highways. Quiet and nice, and the staff was always very and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Plano. If you're visiting Dark Hour, it is a very easy drive from here.

Was never told about the late check in fee after calling like 4 times to let them know and then the lady on the phone Thursday night June 15th (putting the date so corporate can write her behind up) was so rude and confrontational she wouldn’t even give the ******* rep her name when they called to figure out what was goin on and she just hung up absolutely terrible customer service

The overall property and our room were great. Our phone had no cord connection to the wall. It was missing and we reported it to 2 different staff members. We never got a replacement cord. Good thing you don’t really need land lines anymore. When we first got into our room we laid on the bed to rest from our long drive and we heard our door open. It was the Maid Bringing towels. We heard no knock or anything, she was just going to walk in. At breakfast in the morning I spent 10 minutes trying to get the toaster to work. I finally called my husband over and he figured out the outlet where the toaster and microwave where plugged did not work. There was no sign to let people know. There was another lady after me trying to use the toaster also and I told her it was not working. When we told the staff member he just said yes it doesn’t work. No offer to move things around so that people could use those appliances.

The main floor A/C was not working properly- very warm. Room never got cool and toilet stopped up - they didn’t have maintenance at 9:00pm offer to move us but all kids already in bed so we opted to stay in our room.

2nd floor hallway has bad vomit smell, ice maker not working, wi-fi signal weak to the point that page not even loading,1st floor laundry machines all out of order, gym room has really bad smell, swimming pool is closed, overall, a really bad experience

Polite, professional but not necessarily friendly welcome. Requested an adjoining room with 2 queen beds. Ended up getting a room next to each other and one room had a single king bed...we made due. Our refrigerator and microwave wasn't clean and our bath had a slow running drain. I tried to iron my clothes but the iron had clogged steam holes from hard water deposits. It dirtied my shirt a little but after some TLC, it was ok. I just never had that happen before. The beds are soft and comfortable, the tv had extended channels but nothing premium, the floor was quiet and overall it worked. Didn't try any of the amenities but it looked nice. I think if housekeeping were more attentive I would have felt more comfortable.

The staff and room was amazing! There seemed to be a leak so there was a pile of towels in the entrance area, it was warm in lobby and all hallways but my room was nice and cold upon entry.

Todo en general muy bien pero durante nuestra estancia unicamente hicieron el aseo un día y no estoy segura si hagan cambio de sabanas ya que debajo de las sabanas de mi cama habia un encendedor que me imagino habian olvidado los huespedes anteriores.
