Hotel très agréable - Depart en Mai. Depart en Mai. Franchement, l'Hotel est très beau, au milieu de grands arbres et végétation très bien entretenu, c'était vraiment très jolie de pouvoir circuler dans un cadre comme celui-ci. La nourriture était très varié mais comme de partout je pense, peu gouteuse. Le personnel était très agréable, les bars top, la piscine bien entretenu, chambre également mais un peu ancienne. Pour un séjour en Mai, il y avait peu de monde et tout restait accessible, piscine, piscine intérieur, transat, table au repas, et rapidité aux bars. Peu d'animation, qui je pense était adapté à la période mais l'équipe Fram était chouette. L'idéal est d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer et visiter mais possibilité de prendre le petit train juste devant l'hôtel pour vous amenez à la plage et alentours de Can Picafort (payant et pas spécialement ponctuel). Lidl juste en face de l'hotel, ça peut toujours servir, pas mal de place pour se garer. J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir et pour le coin, je ne pense pas avoir vu d'Hotel aussi attirant que celui-ci au alentour avec ces espaces exterieurs. Hôtel totalement adapté aux enfants

Wir wollten seit unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober 2023 unbedingt wiederkommen da wir uns in das Animationsteam verliebt haben. Wir hatten immer Spass - vor allem mit Alessio. Abends waren er und Mike immer präsent und die Kinder liebten sie. Und dieses Jahr plötzlich ein französisches Team, Mini-Disco wurde verkürzt, tagsüber lief nichts mehr, mit den Kindern konnten sie auch nichts anfangen (Mütter schminkten ihre Kinder selbst weil das Team überfordert war)! Auch beim Essen wurde wohl gespart….schade…es hat uns 2023 so gut gefallen und 2024 mussten wir mit einem üblen Nachgeschmack zurück! Danke Alessio für eine unvergessliche Woche im Okt. 2023, das Hotel hat viel mit dir verloren!!!!!

My husband and I spent a week all inclusive at Vell Mari Hotel let's just say we're not disappointed. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent something different every lunchtime and evening, our room clean daily, very pleased with our accommodation. We will definitely be back. We would recommend this resort to friends and family.We had a great, relaxing & peaceful holiday.

Bathrooms full of rust. Torn bedlinen and pillowcases. Fridge full of rust. Would not sleep cook or bathe here. Avoid this hotel. It's not a four star. Photos tell the real story. Don't be ripped off and find somewhere else. We left and found a decent hotel. Best decision ever.

Bon séjour, malgré une météo capricieuse. Animation pas top , faites au niveau du bar donc pas bcp de place assise. Piscine très froide, impossible de se baigner dedans, heureusement petite piscine chauffée en intérieur mais pas de quoi s'installer.chambre assez vieillotte mais propre et literie ok.environnement extérieur verdoyant.n hésitez pas à sortir beaucoup de coin sympa a découvrir via le bus ou louer une voiture.tres bonne restauration avec personnels très serviable.

Arrived at 10.30pm to check in and given our room card, after paying tourist tax fee. However the hotel is split in to several remote block of flats away from the reception & restaurant building! And being quite dark at night, with paving lights not working, had great difficulty getting to our block, which was furthest away in the compound. It was made more difficult by not having blocks numbered as our block was no 3, so had to check all the blocks in near darkness and no one showed us! We’re told we could have a late dinner at the restaurant but there’s nothing left to eat and slept hungry! The food is good and has good variety and quite efficient in clearing the tables and taking used plates. We stayed for a week at all inclusive. For breakfast, you have omelettes, scrambled egg and pancakes on hotplates, including baked beans, porridge and toast, of course. For lunch and dinner, usually have fish and meat cooked on hotplates. Also you have more options hot options including, Chips, pizza fish & meat dishes. The room cards often don’t work and you have to visit the reception to get it fixed, annoying if your block is far from away from the reception.

Nourriture variée et plutôt de bonne qualité. All inclusive correcte même si les bouteilles d'eau sont partantes! Personnels de service super sympa par contre la réception n'est pas des plus souriante ! Animation faite en intérieur plusieurs soir dans un espace trop petit avec certains clients (fram)qui ont l'air d avoir des places toujours devant réservés ou alors ils dorment là ! Du coup spectacles dans un endroit trop petit donc trop bruyant et debout vite écourté sauf le flamenco fait un soir dehors dans de bonne conditions et donc super 👍 chambre a rénover et ménage plus que limite lavabo,,miroir non nettoyé drap jamais changé (10 jours) mention zéro a la personne qui gère la.piscine ext. Qui est soi disant ouverte jusqu'à 18h alors qu'elle met les chaines à 17h30 même s'il y a du monde dans l'eau.

Fijn binnenzwembad voor de koudere dagen. Jacuzzi fris, het grote bad lekker warm. Buiten 2 zwembaden. Onze accommodatie (app met 1 slaapkamer en 2p slaapbank) was verouderd, maar heel ruim en schoon. Enige nadeel: gehorig (muziek café of mensen op de gang). Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en werkt hard. Ze doen er alles aan het je naar de zin te maken. Leuke animatie!! Kinderdisco, circus, sport en spel, karaoke. Het eten vonden wij gevarieerd en lekker. Veel keuze! De kok stond bij elke maaltijd te bakken (ei, zalm, pannenkoek). Ook voldoende keuze uit drankjes. De 'snacks' zijn restjes van de maaltijden (brood, fruit, salade). Soms wordt verse patat, hamburgers, pizza etc gebakken. De (PlayStation) gameruimte is er niet. Dit is een hok met wat flipperkasten en automaten. De bus naar Alcudia stopt achter het resort. Het strand is 15/20 min lopen. Voor ons + de kinderen was het een heerlijk verblijf! Prijs/kwaliteit vinden wij goed.

Vell Mari is a great choice for a relaxing week, in lovely surroundings. There are plenty of food choices and nice staff, everyone seemed to enjoy their roles. Points of note - Excellent mattresses - firm and supportive Superb WiFi throughout the hotel and rooms, this is a #1 factor these days I think Great food and drink choices Beautiful grounds Lovely staff Room size - very good including balcony and even a kitchenette! Plenty of entertainment for kids I would definitely come back and maybe consider a room only or b&b option if that is available. There is a lidl across the road with all needs catered for. The hotel is on the edge of Can Picafort but it's only a 20 minute saunter down to the beachfront area If you are able, do consider hiring a pushbike, it really opens up the possibilities We cycled to Port Pollenca and back which was about 27 miles round trip. Well worth it. Also, Finca Son Real and Son Serra are just a few miles down the road and very lovely indeed. Thank you to all the staff at this fine resort Saludos!
