I was not given the room i paid for. Unable to report this to *******. The first room had faulty aircon, room like a sauna. Also high window looking onto ugly rooofscape. I was moved to second room next dooor, blocked sink and electrics next to bed did not work. Rooms 412 and 413 to be avouded. Terrible aspect at this price. Next day moved to 13th floor wiyh ri er view. This room was nice.

They charged regular price~ the vents were caked with dust, no one came for hours, than told they leave at 4 pm and dept head would address it in the morning ,offered another room and it was the same ~a/c was banging all not long every time it went on~ Pretty hotel but…

Loved the decor and industrial vibe of this hotel. Convenient location, great bar downstairs, and affordable price.

Ok, first of all, the hotel is gorgeous. I can't deny that. However, hotel is very short staffed. Front-desk took a while to get through line to check us in and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Challenging though, the restaurant told us they were too busy to seat any other guests when we tried to redeem them. To add extra insult to injury, my credit card got attached to another guest's reservation. The accountant, when he finally returned my call, said he'd have looked into it sooner if he'd known I was actually charged. Apparently my four voicemails weren't indication enough. Then, he didn't even refund the full amount. I'm still waiting for my refund from the hotel. There are other options in the city that are just as nice and ideally won't charge you for someone else's hotel stay.

Nice hotel, newly renovated and opened in a beautiful old building. Staff were nice and helpful.

Even though we were only there for a night, everything was great, the only suggestion we would make, is offer a couple options for pillows, as the ones provided were not comfortable for what we are used to.

Great old building with nicely remodeled rooms. Rooms are a little small but bath is super nice. Can walk to all the stadiums from the location.

Great experience at this property. Very trendy and cute. Quiet, yet restaurant was lively at night. Staff was all kind and accommodating.
