Ok, first of all, the hotel is gorgeous. I can't deny that. However, hotel is very short staffed. Front-desk took a while to get through line to check us in and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Challenging though, the restaurant told us they were too busy to seat any other guests when we tried to redeem them. To add extra insult to injury, my credit card got attached to another guest's reservation. The accountant, when he finally returned my call, said he'd have looked into it sooner if he'd known I was actually charged. Apparently my four voicemails weren't indication enough. Then, he didn't even refund the full amount. I'm still waiting for my refund from the hotel. There are other options in the city that are just as nice and ideally won't charge you for someone else's hotel stay.
