匹茲堡中心希爾頓安泊飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown)

Beautiful, spacious and a grand looking hotel! Though it’s a little old but it’s well kept and clean. Hotel lobby is located on the 25th floor. View from our room was awesome too!

Seems little bit old. Room is quite big and clean, but no amenities in the room. Location is good, but parking is quite expensive ($38)

The hotel room looks nice some wear and tear on chairs. However the phone did not work in room. My husband had to bang the remote on table for it to work and there was no hot water 4 phone calls to speak to manager have gone unanswered and front desk just gives you run around

Make sure you get a receipt for your stay. Apparently I will be having a credit card issue. They charged around 350 dollars for whatever after i had told them I paid on *******. Two night of valet should only cost 84 dollars. BEWARE.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Had an issue with the ac not working, maintenance was there in 15 minutes to try and resolve. When that didn't work they had us in a new room within an hour. Walking distance to many great restaurants, plus a decent restaurant on site with complimentary cocktail hour in the evening. Beautiful city views from the room.

Overall, I thought the hotel is in a great location with plenty of options to hop on a bus or train. There were plenty of panhandlers and homeless around the block. Thankfully, they didn't bother me a whole lot. Otherwise, it's a nice walk to PNC Park and not terribly far from PPG Paints Arena. The front desk area is weird...it's on the very top on 25th floor. Otherwise, I had a spacious room, plenty of hot water pressure, standing shower, ample work space. I slept well as it was quiet and no constant door slamming. The room itself is not very exciting - seemed plain and boring. There was some artwork in the room but not enough to remind me that I'm away from home, or in Pittsburgh. Climate control worked well and my room also had a wet bar area with a refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of counter space in bathroom and ample linens. Two televisions (only one remote control), hairdryer, ironing board, and safe in the closet. I just wish the room had a clock. Room didn't come with a pad of scratch paper and pen. Room didn't have any dining options or suggestions in the city.

This is our favorite hotel in Pgh and we’ve stayed here several times. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Hotel is kept in new condition and always clean. Rooms are well-appointed re lighting, seating, fridge, etc. Breakfast is better than in most US hotels and we appreciate happy hour. Location is perfect for us, near fine restaurants and buses to the *****, Carnegie Museums, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Bloomfield, etc. Two improvements needed: Hilton is trying to cut back on use of plastics, which is GREAT! But, housekeeping told me they don’t recycle plastic bottles left by visitors. I took our used bottles back home to recycle! Valet parking guys are friendly but process can be slow and my husband was given wrong car keys when we were leaving. Certainly recommend this hotel!

Check in was 4 pm. After spending the day in the city. We came back at 4:50 and were told our room still was not ready. It would be another 15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, we then had to wait in line another 10 minutes to check in again.

This hotel is beautiful but the cleanliness of the room was lacking. Surfaces had not been wiped, kitchenette sink had dried food in it from last guest, and nightstand had a dried blob of something left on it. Hardly any toilet paper to start out with and not enough towels for our family of 4. I've never had to request toilet paper during a stay and we don't usually stay at 4 star hotels. Such a shame the cleanliness ruined the potential for a great hotel experience.
