The room served its purpose but left a lot to be desired. The room smelled of old smoke, the fridge didnt work, the "breakfast" was just coffee and some quick grabs. If you didnt go down early enough they would run out and not refill.

The hotel was fine and the staff was nice. It was a bit difficult to get to from UPitt though - lots of dark, back, and windy roads.

Check in went smoothly. Went to take a bath, when the water was ran it never got hot. The front desk was called to inquire about the lack of hot water and they proceeded to explain there was a plumbing issue and the plumber wouldn’t be there until the next day. At check in nothing was said to me about the plumbing issue. As of right now customer service has not done anything to accommodate the inconvenience of no hot water. They have been combative in their approach. I do not recommend staying there.

I enjoyed my stay, however I didn't get much sleep the one night, because there were ************ above me making noise and screaming all night!! Staff was rude when I had asked for a different room/discount!!

If you’re sensitive to smells you’ll be nauseous the whole time. The hotel stunk of all different smells, onions, garlic, curry, grease etc. Our room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the carpet was disgusting and had cigarette burn holes.

There was dead bugs in the refrigerator around the magnetic *****s.
Also, we requested a queen sized bed but we’re given a full size bed instead.
