Nice room for the price

Everything was very clean the gentleman at the front desk was very nice gave me a free breakfast

Bathroom not clean and smells of urine. In the lounge the chairs are in poor upholstery condition, some torn. The lobby is awkwardly designed. The elevators are far from the reception desk. Guest has to carry his luggage a long distance to get to the elevator from the reception desk and carry the luggage on a small stair. Very poor lobby design. On the plus side, coffee was served in the lobby. TV offering is good with working guide channel. Air conditioning was good. Hotels rated 4 stars. I’d give it 3 stars.

although the person on the desk who checked us in was great we had problems with the room that were both annoying and offputting. The door would not lock and anyone could walk in without a card. the wash basin would not drain, it did over about an hour and left the basin strewn with dark hair (we are not dark). I reported this and was told someone would be up right away, we waited. noone came. we had to be at a wedding for which this made us late. it was not comforting to have to leave the door open and walk away. I again asked the desk, they were not very helpful, made excuses and claimed not to see my phone number on file. I gave it to the first person. Later the heating system would not shut off, ended up having to pull out the out the wall unit and disconnect it to get it to do so. turned it back on much later and it seemed to work. very frustrating to book a room for an event and have so many issues.

The room was clean and generally OK. Other areas were also clean and attractive. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant, but there was no one present to seat us, or serve us. We and another couple left to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Room was very dated. Furniture worn, bathroom worn out, if you look closely it is dirty. Bugs were flying around in the room. Our room was across from the laundry and was very noisy. Not like the pictures. Definitely a very dated hotel and needs renovated.

Ice machines didn’t work. Vending machines wouldn’t accept cash or credit. My towels hanging in the bathroom already had makeup on them whenever we arrived. Satellite signal was sketchy and it was only light rain could barely watch tv.

Walked into a wet, dark spot on the carpet. Something spilled and no one tried to clean it. Went to front desk to ask for a towel but after waiting a few minutes watching him texting on his phone ( he did apologize but I was still just standing there) he told me he didn't have any towels until after 11pm. After driving over 7 hours I wasn't waiting until 11 to get a towel. Absolutely NO water pressure in the shower wasn't even able to wash my hair or even get it wet for that matter. Tried to get some ice but out of order machine. Many hotels around so I suggest staying away from this one!!!
