一個真正的寶石!我們在這家可愛的酒店度過了完美的住宿。我們很高興我們住在Westlands而不是皮洛赫裏的其他酒店,相比之下,酒店看起來有點累和沒有人情味。我的預訂(這完全是我的錯!)有混淆,但它得到了難以置信的公平和超出我的預期。很棒的酒店,有如此可愛的氛圍和驚人的位置。我還必須評論美味的早餐和美妙的工作人員。我並不驚訝我們遇到的所有其他客人都說他們在蘇格蘭旅行時,這是他們住過的最好的酒店!如果我們回到皮洛奇,這是我100%預訂的酒店!

We popped in early in the day to book a table for dinner that evening on the terrace . We were told no problem and they took our details. On arrival I had to go inside after we sat down to ask for our table to be cleaned. Menus were delivered but as no-one came to take our food order I had to go inside again whereupon I was told that if my starter didn't arrive in 20 minutes to go back inside to make sure the order had gone through. I asked why and was told there was no food served on the terrace, eh hello? On top of this I was asked to prepay our meal beforehand. We left. It was a disaster. Who makes these rules?

My wonderful partner took me here for my birthday as a wee night get away. The Castle itself is stunning and nestled in behind the trees so close to the A9 yet you seem a million miles away. The views are breathtaking! Upon arrival greeted by 2 lovely men sorry didnt catch their names they carried out bags , parked the car and gave me a umbrella to save my hair from the rain! Legend 😉. The receptionist I found to be quite cold and abrupt. The room was one of the lodges and it was perfect Large in size it was clean and had everything you needed. With dressing grown and slippers. The large shower was great and bathroom was clean only down point the shower base had some marks on it. The biggest down point of the room was the bed.... it was massive like 2 mattresses thick and extremely soft unfortunately I suffer with slipped discs so the worse thing for me is a soft mattress and this was extremely soft and I woke up in the morning crying in pain having my disc slipped which still suffering week later to try get it back in. Maybe soft bed is some peoples cup of tea but unfortunately not personally for me and has left me in alot of pain. We dined at the hotel aswell the food was nice but my chicken still had raw bits which I left as I dont like complaining. The restaurant staff where nice and professional but would of been nice to get abit of banter with them and a conversation. We also made use of the spa the staff there were very friendly and cheeful had a good laugh unfortunately left it to late to book treatments but will try another time. The pool was on the cold side the hot tubs were great and we got lucky we picked a quite time. The sauna and steam room both great and spa is nicely furnished.

We stayed one night in a lovely twin room with a corner aspect so 2 great views of lush woodland and old architecture, including a lovely chiming clock tower. Swimming pool was lovely and breakfast was delicious , and promptly served. I loved how you could open the window, some hotels have them sealed shut and it gets so stuffy. Staff members were also lovely. I would definitely go here again. Also , so centrally located, minutes from the bus stop!

This hotel and Spa is in a beautiful setting with stunning Loch views. The hotel itself is traditional and cosy. The staff were friendly and attentive in all areas of the hotel, however a special mention must go to the lady in Reception who was very chatty and welcoming. We had a heritage room with a loch view which I would recommend. We ate in the Estate Room on the first evening which was a fine dining experience. On the Second night we ate in the Wild Brownie and this was more casual. Both restaurants were nice and we enjoyed all dishes. I am gluten free and had lots to choose from. Breakfast was mainly buffet with some cooked to order dishes which incurred an extra charge. We felt the buffet offered enouch choice and didn't opt for any of these. We visited the spa/pool which was clean and well maintained. No complaints at all about this hotel and would definitely recommend and come back again♥️
