牛津皮斯莫比奇套房飯店(Oxford Suites Pismo Beach)

Unfortunately when we checked into our room it was late and we went to bed. We turned on the heater only to realize the next morning that it did not work. They did bring up a space heater that did not work very well either. The water was Luke warm in the shower. Other than that the hotel is nice, clean and the staff was very nice. Just an unfortunate mishap for us.

Customer service was less than desirable. Front desk was not friendly and adamant for no early check in or late checkout. The "free" breakfast was cold and blah. The bathroom floor was dirty & the glass shower door was water spotted as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bed was hard. Overall, this hotel used to be a prime location and now it's not. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Due to ******* having their own wing in the hotel it was filthy couches and chairs were peeling the room was across from the 101 Freeway and ******* cost me more than if I would’ve booked through the hotel I will never use that hotel ever again or I’ll never use ******* again you do not stand behind your product

Pro’s - breakfast is very good. The lady serving the food is very polite and friendly. Parking was good for us but there might be a problem if you get there late because there’s no guarantee you get a spot. Cons - our room had a screw missing on the door lock latch so it was loose. The AC fan is extremely LOUD which became annoying at night. We had to turn fan off to be able to sleep. The WORST part was the bathroom door. The door itself or the doorknobs have a major issue. The door was shut when someone was in the bathroom and the door would NOT open. After turning the knob back and forth from the person in the bathroom and the person outside the bathroom door, we were having a hell of a time to get the door open. Pushing and pulling from both sides didn’t budge the door. Putting a shoulder against the door to jar it open didn’t budge it. It was only a fluke that whatever we did to get the door open that it finally opened. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS if there was a child stuck it there or if there was a fire, medical, or other emergency and the door couldn’t be opened. This room should not be given to anyone until this is fixed.

As soon as I went inside my room looked so dirty bathroom shower with mold ,bed comforter dirty . I specifically asked for a room with a pull out sofa bed as soon as we were going to sleep the bed had NO sheets I had to put a blanket on top . Then we lay down to go to sleep and we peek out the window and the grill is on fire that went on for a while and no staff showed up. Then I let that go and I hear people outside my room so i Check then window and there is a man with 2 older women smoking and making out being loud on a non smoking area and this was at 4 am already when quiet time was supposed to be at 10pm also our neighbors were fighting with someone else that was being loud outside while they were trying to sleep . All this happened and I’m supriced no security showed up or was even around I don’t even think this hotel has a security did not see one at all so UnSAFE. Then I tried making my stay worth it since it’s so over priced so I go to the pool in the morning and I asked for towels because there was none in the pool area and they said they will bring some well they never did . I also payed for late check out until 2pm which does not matter because they knocked like 5 times trying to clean it luckily I was there if not they were just going to go In it’s crazy how they are trying to clean since 10 when check out is at 11.All the times I had to explain that I payed for a late check out when I told the front desk to let them know and they didn’t.

Had I been made aware that this was a "dog friendly" hotel I would have booked elsewhere. The walls in your hotel are so thin the exhaust fans from other bathrooms could be heard. One was so noisy it made the toilet in our room vibrate. I also did not appreciate a $15.00 charge to check in at 3 instead of 4. An hour early after a long road trip... very bad business choice by the hotel staff checking us in. Will never be returning.

The cleanliness level in the room was terrible. Specially the bathroom floors were really dirty. The room carpets weren’t cleaned well also. The breakfast was average. Mostly packaged food.

Poor AC. It doesn’t work and rooms extremely hot. Very poor customer service at reception desk Lots of dogs Main road next to accommodation Very rude staff at reception desk Never will book here again.
