皇家印卡皮薩克(Hotel ArtHouse Pisac by Royal Inka)

Ambiente encantador perfecto para disfrutar en familia. Lo que más destaco es la piscina, y los amplios espacios verdes que invitan a relaj**** y conectar con la naturaleza. Definitivamente, un espacio de tranquilidad y recreación para pasar un buen fin de semana.

Pagamos para 1 noche con almuerzo buffet, y cuando venimos a comer ya no había nada y nos dijieron que el buffet se acabó, somos 25 personas de diferentes familias reclamando e hicieron un par de platos para todos. Aduciendo que las personas que vinieron antes se comieron todo.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner durant notre trajet, sans y dormir. La cuisine est de type "familial". C'est bon, typique et à un prix acceptable. Le service est correct et poli. L'établissement est propre, bien entretenu et un peu kitsch. Nous sommes mal tombés toutefois car un groupe scolaire était en train d'y manger. C'était plutôt bruyant et agité. Mais pour une étape d'une bonne heure, c'était acceptable.

Ofrecen estacionamiento gratuito, sin embargo lo que en realidad dan es un espacio para tu auto en la intemperie, no distinguen entre huéspedes o clientes del centro recreativo para guardar espacios; tuve que estacionar lejos del parking que indican y no me dieron solución. Llegué 2pm y pese a que su check-in es a la 1pm no tenían lista la habitación indicando que fue por fiestas patrias no indicaron nada de eso durante la reserva. Me he hospedado muchas veces en este hotel sin ninguno de estoa problemas, pero ahora parece que han bajado severamente la calidad de su servicio.

Está horrible, no tienen estacionamiento para los huéspedes, tuvimos que dejar el auto unas cuadras abajo porque no hay estacionamiento interno, puedes dejar al frente en su centro recreacional si es que encuentras espacio. Usualmente estábamos felices aquí pero ya no volveremos

Muy buen hotel, ubicado cerca a Plaza de Armas , excelente relación precio-calidad. Incluye desayuno buffet. Habitaciones muy cómodas Instalaciones ambientadas con estilo típico cuzqueño. Atención esmerada Limpieza en todas la instalaciónes Muy recomendable

Disappointed. I went with my family and my little baby, My room was in the middle of a school trip, 20 child at least , so all the kids made noise with screams and plays at night. The breakfast is not the best, but lunch dishes are better. Jacuzzi, spa and massage weren t working. People who work at the hotel were very kind and proactive. They helped us keeping our baby milk and give us a baby crip. Room design are poor because is dark with white light, bathroom has a big fan to get out the air and is noisy.

I really like visiting for the spa and jacuzzi, but TWICE now I have had a man walk into the women’s changing rooms while I’m there. This is a serious security and privacy issue, and when I spoke to staff members they gave an excuse for the men to do what they do because they were looking for their wives. Men do not need to enter the women’s change rooms under any circumstance. I wrote an email to the hotel in regards to this issue and no response. I do not feel safe entering this facility anymore.

First thing you should know is that this hotel is about a 13 minute walk to central Pisac. The facility is a resort (sort of) that has tennis, spa, pools and other facilities that I did not use. There are parts of the hotel that are very old as this was a colonial hacienda. The rest of the hotel is a sort of rambling assembly of new hotel wings. My room was quite basic, but did the job. Good heat if you need it, the water is hot and runs freely, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and do not mind walking or taking a tuk-tuk into town. Service was excellent and everyone who works at the hotel is professional and friendly.
