An otherwise lovely stay was marred by an error in customer service where the staff did not take responsibility for a lack of communication on their end and displayed a rigidity and defensive, personal attitude with the client that felt out of line for a 3-star hotel at this high price point for Pisac. We no longer felt comfortable there and left the hotel to find another accommodation."
