I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

酒店在一個購物中心內,很方便。酒店門口免費停車。早餐還可以,選擇不是太多但很。

在前往cinque Terre之前在這裏住了兩個晚上。我會給員工4星,早餐和車站的位置,步行到塔。工作人員都非常愉快和樂於助人。早餐超級豐富。而且位置非常適合從比薩機場晚到....就在比薩中心旁邊。我給的房間和酒店的總體條件大約2星。雖然房間乾淨舒適,但裝修差,裝修過期,讓人失望。牆壁上的洞,需要重新裝修和裝修。我們有一個相鄰的房間,可以聽到另一邊的一切...甚至拉鍊他們的箱子...差。NH需要四處走走看看這裏的問題。每晚支付135英鎊。別以爲我的錢值不值。員工們沒有錯,只能用他們所擁有的東西工作。來吧,NH。

Ho pernottato solo una notte con smartbox. L'appartamento era pulito e tutto sembrava piuttosto nuovo. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, e oltre a fornirci una piantina della città di Pisa, ci ha anche proposto dei ristoranti in cui poter cenare e un luogo dove poter fare colazione la mattina successiva. Esperienza nel complesso positiva

酒店房間細但有大露台，環境不錯，免費泊車，櫃檯職員態度親切有禮，早餐一般但足夠吃飽，以低價格不能要求過高，各方面都滿意

Stayed here end Sept 2022. Ideally located. Hasn't great frontage but inside is warm and welcoming. A little dated. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff with excellent English. I'd highly recommend this little jewel for its easy access to visit tuscany by train.

Whoever takes the photos and manages the website for this hotel deserves a raise, we were so excited to visit on our honeymoon but it really is nothing like it's pictured. The hotel is run down, picture wires sticking out of sockets in the room, bed bugs, greasy food, stained bedsheets, the rooftop garden is a couple of dirty chairs and a deserted bar, the 'fitness suite' is actually one stairmaster, one TRX band and one small set of weights, otherwise all equipment has been removed. Even the five star sign outside the hotel has been damaged. When we arrived at the hotel we decided to grab some lunch, when we asked for vegetarian options we were offered chicken and fish choices and told they don't place veg options on the menu. Eventually we were served a pizza that was clearly not fresh and was dripping in grease, we were left waiting to pay for around 25 mins as the bar staff kept walking over and then wandering off. The room was untidy and when we asked for water we were told we would have to pay for it via the minibar. The view of the leaning tower is nice, it's about a 30 min walk though you have to walk through an underground tunnel, which didn't feel safe at night. When we said to staff at reception that the aircon wasn't working they told us they control it from the reception but wouldn't turn it on as they didn't think it was hot enough, they also did not have a fan. The next morning we woke up covered in bed bug bites, the hotel staff were not surprised and kindly changed our room and provided a free meal, which was in the restaurant instead of the bar this time and excellent (the main reason they're getting two stars), though again they had no vegetarian options listed on the menu. Breakfast was overpriced and I'd avoid. Even asking for reception to book a taxi seemed to be an inconvenience to them and they refused when we first asked.
