Hampton Inn by Hilton Pinellas Park St. Petersburg

We arrived early and also pre requested early check in. Nathan at the front desk said they were sold out but there was literally like 5 cars in the parking lot. So he said when they get it ready he would call. He took both phone numbers and never called either. We tried to call and the phone number on the internet for the hotel was someone’s personal cell phone. We got back after regular check in time and there was another guy that checked us in while Nathan didn’t explain or acknowledge us about why he never called. The pool area looked ragged for a new hotel. It was new so it was clean and spacious but in a dirty area. Definitely will not be staying there ever again!!

Nice staff. Hot food served for breakfast. Nice gym. Great blackout shades. Nice size TV. Quiet stay (didn’t hear neighbors). View is terrible, but since this was for work and I didint’ stay in the facility all day, it was fine. Shopping, restaurants, gas nearby. Right off a high speed road. I will stay here again.

This was a quick overnight stay. Staff is very friendly/helpful. Property looks new, is clean and well-maintained. Walls are thin so hallway and floor above noise was prevalent. Ask for top floor. plus free breakfast!

Front desk staff, all shifts, were amazing. And the location hive you easy access to restaurants and shopping. Also easy access to major arteries.

Once again it was amazing! I needed to check in early and Kendall and the young man with the twists in his hair were SO KIND and also humorous. I have family in the area, so whenever I come visit, I’ll be staying HERE! Thank You So Much!

Check in was fine. Room was clean. Air conditioner extremely noisy. It had a constant loud humbling and rattling. The shower head sprayed water just about everywhere but down. They put the head on an arm the is so high I could barely reach it to see if I could change the setting. I am 5’11”. Went to get I and both machines were broken. Check out was ok. The guy who was there mumbled and I couldn’t understand him. Thank god I pre-paid. I visit Saint Petersburg frequently, I am going to be looking for a different hotel for the future.
