Not a good showing for Marriott. Dirty elevator and entry hallways. No hair dryer. No regular coffee in room, just decaf and the coffee maker was inoperative (leaked) when filled with water. Phone to front desk not working. A/C sounded like a freight train. Windows unlocked and difficult to close. God-awful LED lights of differing colors and intensities. Comfy mattress, but got very little sleep.

We enjoyed staying here. They accommodated us with everything we asked for.
The staff was professional and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated there
The room was comfy, clean, room and really just wonderful.
We love the firepit out in the courtyard.

The Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines is a great hotel. It is probably the nicest Residence Inn we have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and were modernly fashioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with an overcharge at ck out, but properly resolved. very nice staff. breakfast ok, not real varied after 3 days.

Perfect location to restaurants and stores. Large rooms , friendly staff, very clean , seemed new , easy access to main roadways , offer free breakfast, its minimal but it's free, had outside pool but weather was cold on our visit , plenty of parking , easy check in

Overall clean. Shower curtain did have some stains and some looked like red blood stains. Carpet was separated at the entrance. Conditioner bottle was empty in one of the bathrooms. Overall I would stay here again
