Horrible experience. Loud restaurant construction drilling going upon arrival May 23rd, and all day May 24. Restaurant still not open Memorial weekend. The Tiki Bar outside poorly to barely stocked at all.

The Hotel was beautiful, great location and the staff were wonderful! Very friendly, accommodating and we will definitely be returning for future stays ..they are working on the pool ,painting and resurfacing it and making it indoor ..will be amazing when finished .The restaurant down stairs was amazing!

I would stay there again. This hotel has been renovated and looks it. Lobby was clean, room was clean (for the most part). New bedding and towels. Balconies have spectacular views. I was disappointed that the restaurant was being renovated so there was no food available at the time we were staying there. Also it took a very long time for the water to get hot in the upper floors. The tub had a spot on it that was rusted, which I thought was interesting for a renovated hotel. Overall it was very pleasant, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the beach being by the hotel , the friendly atmosphere and staff . Nice clean pleasant , comfortable place to stay

Perfect stay. Kids enjoyed the onsite amenities like late night popcorn in the lobby and hot tub fun. My son and I sat out on our ocean view balcony and saw dozens of dolphins swimming about!! Just stunning. Not to mention, this hotel is nearby a historical State Park that kept us busy for hours. So many memories created, no complaints from this happy mom. Oh & staff is wonderful, as always. I could go on and on. Can't wait to return.

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. 1st room wasn’t ready. Not cleaned, and no sheets. After 30 min, they found another room. The WiFi was unavailable. They told us that it doesn’t reach the floor we were on, but it’s fine in the lobby. Also said a router was supposed to be delivered today, but it didn’t show up. 2 days later, still no WiFi. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and ‘uneven’ to the point that if you got anywhere near the edge, it felt like you would fall out. 1st morning, it took 10-15 minutes for hot water in the shower. No restaurant available even tho there’s no mention of that while reserving. In fact, food and drink was listed as an amenity. Will NEVER stay here again.

Very nice oceanfront view from private balcony. Sturdy balcony furniture, where previously there was lightweight plastic furniture. Clean comfortable room. Currently some amenities not available during off season.

No hot water for both days and no one offered to change my room, no wifi ad advertised, no restaurant or bar, the tv remote only turned the tv on/off. Maintenence came for the water twice and the remote..nothing. and the housekeeper didnt take the trash out, she just walked around moaning and groaning. Lastly i checked out early around 8am. There were at least 10 other people waiting on luggage carts. It was a mess. I would like my money back.

I came for the beach and it did not disappoint literally steps away. Very private and quiet beach that makes this hotel a 10/10 for me. However there was no functioning restaurant even though it was advertised. It is closed. That would have been nice and no internet service at all even though that too was promised. But like I said I enjoyed my stay. The oceanfront room and the beautiful ocean was excellent. The room is a big size and comfortable. I shall definitely visit again.
