西部老鑽石飯店(Diamonds Old West)

This is our second time staying here, and we have had a wonderful experience both times! The old west theme is spot on and we just love it! They have so many activities set up for the kids, which is nice, because it keeps them entertained the whole time! I have talked to the owner several times over the phone and she has always remedied any concerns that have arisen. Once you get there, Beth is in the front office, and she is also very helpful and friendly. If you have kids and enjoy hidden gems off the beaten path, and a more laid back lifestyle, you will love this place.

The kids (7 &9) had a blast at diamond old west. We stayed in the school room, which was clean and spacious. So much for the kids to do! They spent hours on the jump pad, playground, archery and corn pit! We highly recommend for traveling with kids. Loved cooking at our private fire pit each evening. Check in and out could not have been easier and the staff and owner were phenomenal.

I have never written a review on tripadvisor but I just had to do it for this place. It's now December, 7 months after staying here, I've taken my kids(4&5) on an additional 5 other trips since then, and they still rave about this place! The buildings were super cute and the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. This place had so much to do for kids and was the best decision of the whole vacation! It was close enough to Hot Springs that we were able to enjoy the national park and some other sites and close to the Crate of Diamonds state park! If you are traveling with kids, especially young kids, you should be staying here!

This is a must do!! So much for kids to do when chilling at the hotel. We loved it. The room was great- new - clean - we had the kitchen unit - it was well supplied. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the stay except the people next door cooked some kind of food in microwave that stunk up my room horrible. The area was quiet and quaint. Loved the open area. Beth was very helpful with checking in and information about the area.

Not very welcoming. Did not stay. Happily took a loss on the nonrefundable rate. Had to sign a list of rules and the subsequent penalties one would suffer if the rules were broken. Did not receive the room I was under the impression I had reserved- but wait- that was my fault. Poor customer service. Won’t be back and cannot recommend.

We booked at the Stables, which is the downstairs portion of the Livery. Room was very cute, with the obvious southwest decorations. Wood walls, and the shower and toilet were in their own room, the sink was outside in the living quarters. There was only one other room booked while we were there so it was very very quiet. This is not on a main road, so you have no road noise to speak of. You check in at the General Store, where you can buy gifts and small pantry items. The downside is there is no breakfast area here or nearby. We brought little single serving cereal boxes with us and got some milk at a convenience store before we got there. The room had a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Very relaxing, very pretty. Probably a lot more active when there are folks booked with kids here, because there is a corn bath, a bubble shower machine and a bouncy floor area. I would definitely stay again.

If you ever get a chance to stay here, you should. Such a fun place! I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the property. The staff were super helpful. We arrived late and we’re called to let us know how to check in. If you have children this is definitely where you should stay!! Heck, even if you don’t, it’s a fun place. Rooms are decorated with a western theme and very clean. We will stay here again if we’re ever in the area.
