Very nice clean place. Great location and nice property. Parking and luggage trolley available and convenient. Lobby offers coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Dog friendly.

We really enjoyed staying here for our short family getaway. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/bathroom condo. It exceeded our expectations. Also, we had a little issue with our water not being hot in our room so we contacted the front desk late at night. They had maintenance up within 10 minutes and they fixed it up right for us. We will definitely be staying here again and next time for a couples trip.

The property was super clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the indoor pool area. It was easy to get to, plenty of parking and the staff was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a getaway. The staff is a delight to deal with and the rooms are more spacious than advertised. Absolutely the best stay in Pigeon Forge!

It’s very nice. Great for family. Love the garage for close parking. Very clean, staff extremely Nice. We got a free upgrade from a one bedroom to a 2 so we loved that!!

The rooms were great! Loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Great location. Ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful.

I picked up a weekend stay here last minute--like day of-- from *******. The property was private, very nice, spacious and comfortable. I rented a two bedroom/two bath condo for myself and two teenage girls. I didn't even hear the girls giggling way into the night. This was close to the Island, Parkway and all the normal places we love to go including Tanger, I would stay again.

Our stay was excellent. Just a few items to bring to your attention. The master bath had some grout coming loose from the tile floor in front of the shower. The light in the shower had loose drywall as if the hoke was too large. There was only 1 medium fry pan. A large one would have been nice. We swapped light bulbs out in the master bedroom ceiling fan with one from the lamp. It is about to go out and was flickering. All else was great. Will definitely return.

Liked most things about the property … good gym, great room, good pools. However, my room wasn’t ready until more than 2 hrs after scheduled checkin even though my arrival was scheduled weeks in advance.
