Challenging. I got to my room and used the bathroom. Then I started to unpack and noticed the strong cigarette smoke smell. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and noted I did not want to be charged the extra fee for smoking in the room because I hadn't. The gentleman told me he didn't have another room available, that the smell was from the room above, which was a smoking room, and that the smell would go away if I didn't run the fan in the bathroom. I went back up to the room and decided the smell was too much and went back to the front desk. The gentleman was not around, so I left the key and left the property. Please note I am not asking for a refund; I did use the bathroom. I would encourage other potential customers to check their room before accepting it.

No issues, room was clean. Property was clean would stay there again. Breakfast was ok..normal for most moderately priced hotels.

The room was comfortable. We used the laundry and it was easily accessible. The cost was for only the washer. The dryer was free. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The reason for only 4 stars was that the air conditioner was not really cold. It was a super hot day and it didn’t really keep up.
