This hotel has to be one of the nicest HIE that I have ever stayed in! The staff was exceptional and the room was extremely nice and very clean .

Bonnie was the name of the maid that cleaned our room and it was not clean at all! The bathroom was horrible! There was hair in the shower, sink and on the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. And this was the second room we were moved to. Our first room was not cleaned either. The sheets on the bed that had been used weren’t even changed. There was hair in the bed, the sink had toothpaste still in it, hair in the shower and the toilet had not only not been cleaned, it was also stopped up! We will not be using this hotel again. I had to spray my Lysol on everything and let it sit to kill the germs and then scrub everything down myself! Not a good experience at all!!!!!!!!

this was our third time staying at this hotel and it is very well-maintained, comfortable and clean. the weekend breakfast was better than expected. my only complaint is that they have the WORST tv stations ever. Parking is easy and convenient and employees were very pleasant

Very mean woman working the front desk was very rude and short.

Room just wasn’t clean, specifically the bathroom. The floors and shower were disgusting. Hair and dirt spots over the bathroom floor and entrance floor. Shower had dirty fingerprints and soap mildew. The front desk clerk did her best by checking to see if another room was available and it wasn’t. She then came up and cleaned the bathroom herself which she did ok, but it still wasn't that clean. This visit really turned me off from ever using Holiday Inn Express again.

The first room the TV did not workat all. The second room TV did not work and the room and it smell really bad. Pull the bed down had hair on the bed. It was not cheap at all.

First room I was sent to was not made up. Front desk was very friendly getting me another room. The new room was very dirty.

My room was not cleaned while I was there. Trash can was not emptied while I was there.

Our room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom floor was dirty as was the side table between the beds. When we checked out, we had a hard time getting the desk clerk to give us a copy of our charges. Such a HUGE contrast from our experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Canton, GA the night before. Canton was 5* all the way!

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast overall. Staff was friendly and served with a smile. Missed parking lot at night...could use better signage at entrance.

The staff couldn't get our credit cards to work but eventually we were able to check in. We were told then that it wasn't our card.

The place was pretty dirty (mostly floors). They did not have daily cleaning service, nor did they tell us they wouldn’t. Will be looking for a nicer hotel next visit.

Always a great stay. Clean, good service, great breakfast, comfortable clean bed, great amenities. Always my go to when im in the area.
