Sopramare 度假勝地(Sopramare Resort)

Pésima estadía de cinco noches, las habitaciones parecían verdaderas pocilgas. Tamaño demasiado reducido, para bajar de la cama, debía bajar por la cama, porque no hay pasillo, poco espacio para guardar ropa y otros objetos, sin veladores, sin secador de pelo. Además, la supuesta habitación, (tipo conteiner), tenía cierta inclinación hacia la puerta de salida, lo que hacía que permanentemente la puerta del baño se abriera y las del pequeño placard también. No se o recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Tutto perfetto, super consigliata soprattutto per viaggi con bambini, ho trovato aria di famiglia e di relax. La struttura si trova a 2 -3 km dalla spiaggia di Meta di Sorrento, collegata benissimo con la navetta che viene a prenderti direttamente presso il resort, ma se si decide di restare all'interno la piscina è altrettanto bella e comoda con un servizio bar e ristorante di livello,staff gentile e disponibile. Parco giochi per bambini all'interno della struttura con vista sul golfo. Colazione buona sia dolce che salata. Letti comodi , bagno nuovo molto apprezzato il kit di cortesia cosmetici , suggerirei qualche appendino in bagno per le asciugamani. Parcheggio incluso in struttura, e dopo il check out possibilità di restare la giornata in piscina ad un costo aggiuntivo di 15 euro ad adulto. Sono molto molto soddisfatta della nuova scoperta , da tornarci al più presto, siamo stati bene noi genitori e anche i nostri figli . Grazie di cuore. Famiglia D'Anna

Il resort è piuttosto trascurato, i bungalow sono eccessivamente spartani e i bagni sono piccoli, maleodoranti e pieni di formiche. Privacy zero. Lo staff della reception è scortese e poco attento al cliente. Meritano la piscina e la colazione all'italiana.

Malísima experiencia. No comprendo cómo está catalogado como hotel de 4 estrellas. Los "bungallows" son realmente incómodos y muy pequeños, no hay lugar para extender dos valijas. De un lado de la cama matrimonial no hay pasillo, está pegado a la pared. No hay veladores, sólo una luz sobre el techo. El baño, lo mismo. Los bungallows están suspendidos, no sobre la tierra. y con declive, como torcidos, por lo que al abrir la puerta del baño, se desliza y se abre completamente. Televisor pequeñìsimo. Al abrir la ventana del baño, se ven los otros bungallows suspendidios con pilares. Al encontrarme con esta situación, me comuniqué con el número de whatsapp y le comenté todo esto. Me contestó que no es un hotel 4 estrellas, es tipo camping, que debe haber una mala información en la página. Como fuimos en mayo, la parte de las piscinas yo estaba todavía funcionando. De todas maneras, el alojamiento es el mismo.

We just got back from a lovely 10 days at the Sopramare resort and were very happy with our experience. The resort itself is kept very clean and there is always someone tending to the plants, etc. We had two chalets next to each other which was perfect, they are very basic but have a shower, hob & fridge and come with air conditioning and a lovely seating area outside. The children loved the swimming pool which has stunning views and is kept very clean. You will need to take swimming hats as they insist on them being worn. The staff are very friendly and will help you if needed. A short walk into town will take you to the train station where you can easily and cheaply travel to Sorrento, Pompeii and the surrounding areas. The town centre also has many supermarkets, shops and restaurants which are cheaper than those in the popular towns. If you are used to fancy holidays, then it probably isn't going to tick all the boxes but for a simple holiday and to use as a base it is perfectly fine. Also, we arrived late at night and they assisted us by booking a taxi from the airport for which we were very grateful.

We stayed here June 2022 and I can honestly say we were a big worried after reading some reviews, but we had a great time. There were a lot of students there, but it's a great location and the set up is perfect for groups of older children, they were out most of the day, but when they were on site, they behaved and didn't bother anyone. The complex hires out the pool for kids parties, but again the kids where so well behaved and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, but they didn't affect our time there. We only ate once in the restaurant the food was nice, the dining area is also lovely. The grounds are kept so beautiful and the staff are so helpful, the cleaner worked so hard and was always happy. We plan to return next year, as it's an ideal complex/location for a self-catering holiday.

There is not much positives I can say for Sopramare Resort. I will say two positive things - the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated my food intolerance of gluten free and got some gluten free items for the breakfast which I appreciated as I had paid for the breakfast ahead of my visit. My partner and I stayed in a Bungalow which was more of a cabin (booked via a deal). It looked like something out of a American camp for children. Two single pets were push together to make a double. The beds were rock hard and made for a very difficult night sleep. My partner and I were stiff the next morning. There was no lamp or bin in the room. We left the toilet light on at night to make our way to the toilet safely, to avoid bashing on toes on the steel rim of the bed. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was warm. We ran out of toilet paper and it was not replaced during the room being serviced so we had to go and ask for a roll of toilet paper. We were excited to spend a day by the pool relaxing on our holiday only to find the pool out of use. The staff couldn’t say why it was out of use. Meaning we had to walk 20 minutes to a beach to relax and pay for the privilege of a sun lounger. I would not recommend SopraMare Resort to anyone and the breakfast for those that pay (rip off) is mainly cornflakes and croissants.

Very helpful & pleasant staff. My husband ,myself & my 2 teenage daughters were able to upgrade our accommodation to a more spacious chalet & they facilitated a late check out. Large pool & clean facilities. Lovely gardens with play area. Would recommend for families
