普吉島鄰近普吉貝殼博物館的飯店

滿心期待已久的普吉島蜜月之旅,1/6 Check in, Senior reception Rita and 行李員-Baw極為熱忱詳細解說,並協助拍照/引導進Room. 也許是近Kuta beach,房內地板有黏之感覺,尤其在廁所: 電視下方大桌子似乎沒擦,留了上次房客的污漬. Resort公共空間維護良好with fresh air, but inside room isn't valued with its price. Breakfast above average, however my leg was hurt by chair corner, resort was lack of mediacl bond. 令人難以接受的事: 因腳受傷耽誤退房時間,竟然被Jan.8上午班的行李員闖入房間,強行拖拉行李至Lobby,完全無四星級渡假村應有之待客態度! 一月上旬房價為淡季二倍,很不值得.

沒想到酒店的風格居然想三亞的鳥巢度假村，以外的驚喜，房間帶前後陽台，前觀鬱鬱葱葱的山景後看漂亮的泳池，接駁車服務也方便快捷，以我當時的入住價格真的是物有所值。

機場附近人比較少，但酒店真心性價比高，很大的房間，帶陽台，乾淨整潔，安靜，一樓搭配一個超大泳池，走路幾分鐘到海灘，打的5分鐘到機場，門口就有換外匯的，真是找不出什麼毛病。超讚！

老實說,我很抱歉我不能爲這家酒店安排5星級,但一切都“亂了套”我無法做到。我不太確定爲什麼業主在一切結束之前決定開這個酒店,因爲它只是給顧客一個非常混亂的體驗。我們到的時候被告知桑拿是出問題了,早餐廳還沒完,沒有池邊酒吧。。基本上很多事情沒有完成,但是當我們預訂時,它沒有在任何地方說,並且被廣告說成已經存在的東西。當你到達酒店時,首先得到的是一排壞消息,這讓你非常失望。他們告訴我們他們會把我們升級到更好的房間,但實際上他們給我們的房間絕對不是升級。它比之前的房間小了一張牀,而且沒有休息區了。他們說這是更貴的房間,因爲它比現在高一層,而且可以看到游泳池(!?)我們告訴他們,甚至沒有沙發了,這怎麼可以升級?但是他們真的不明白我們的問題是什麼,所以他們讓我們覺得很愚蠢,我們又問了我們以前的房間,因爲那個房間更好,他們告訴我們泳池景房沒有沙發,但後來我們看到他們有。但是可以肯定的是,如果您正在考慮預訂,並且不關心風景,那麼高級山景房比高級高層房更好!在高樓泳池景房,你只擁有一張硬板凳和一張大牀,而不是國王。他們答應會補償我們,但最後他們忽略了這種情況,而我們被留在了這種“感覺愚蠢”的情況。另一個我們經常遇到的,我們看到別人也經常碰到的事情是,鑰匙卡一開始就不工作了,或者根本就不工作,所以你必須經常去前台。游泳池邊的酒吧和早餐還在建造,但我看到的可能很不錯。桑拿只工作了一天晚上,甚至那時我們裏面沒有燈,不得不呆在黑暗的桑拿中,這沒問題,但仍然不是一個好兆頭。非常失望。但是牀真的很棒,絕對新 - 絕對推薦!健身房設備很好,所以一定要打包你的跑鞋。也許將來健身房裏能有水喝會更好。游泳池很好,但遺憾的是他們沒有爲游泳池提供不同的毛巾(可能在未來還會添加一些東西!)另外房間的鏡子處於非常黑暗的地點,您應該絕對應該在那裏添加一些燈光。我認爲作爲一個剛剛開放的新地方,你應該嘗試提供更好的服務,但我看所有的“錯誤”是否都已解決,它如何成爲一個非常舒適的放鬆住宿的地方。如果你去那裏,那麼期望值很低。

What a place, one of the nicest and most comfortable places I ever been to. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a super clean, nice, safe, comfortable, easy to reach place. The staff was amazing, facilities are top-notch where you have everything you would need.

We we are so happy with our choice with this hotel. Check-in is quick and easy in a very comfortable beautiful Lobby the swimming pool is stunning the staff are welcoming and efficient oh, very polite. The decor his stunning. Every color texture and Design is high class and shows an amazing attention to details and Architectural symmetry and style. What are the things that we love about this room is there's a small table on each side of the bed also included are electrical outlets on each side of the bed and light switches controlling lights on each side of the bed as well as unique cute light fixtures. The bathroom is well-designed with indirect lighting as well as direct lighting it's efficient, clean, and functional. There is a table running the length of the room under the TV which allows space for food makeup other belongings to be sat out. There's also near the door built-in furniture that can hold four suitcases below that spaces for shoes and other bags to be stored. Above that a rack for hanging clothes. Next to that is a small refrigerator and coffee and tea service where you can set up your own bar for coffee tea and alcoholic beverages. In between the refrigerator and the bar is a security safe included in the room are 1 full length mirror and another small mirror above the table top in front of the seat to allow the ladies to apply makeup you know they thought of everything and it's quite comfortable to come and stay. I would be remiss without mentioning the swimming pool which is large luxurious and fun surrounding the swimming pool is the hotel which looks down upon the swimming pool which is the only double decker swimming pool I've ever seen in my life. The top-level swimming pool is where the children like to swim and play. The lower level swimming pool is usually unused and I prefer to swim there by myself getting my exercise and looking out on the palm trees and garden outside of the pool. Streaming down a glass wall that looks into the breakfast room and Lobby is water that runs from the top swimming pool down into the lower swimming pool. This causes water running across full-length glass windows which makes a kind of Fountain / water fountain feature. Well-designed kudos to the boutique hotel designer. The hotel has lifts that are stainless steel clean and functional. I also should mention the check-in / office manager she is very professional and helpful she helped me make copies of an email so I could get my USA income taxes signed and filed. How helpful! Kudos to this lovely manager. The only negative thing that I could say about the hotel is they have a beautiful Fitness room that has full glass windows looking out upon the small community and full view of the mountains. But only has to work out machines in the room lol well that's okay. Also I do not feel that the breakfast is worth the 200 THB for two people just some fish porridge, or very poor Frozen dim sum or fried eggs and bacon. Not worth the 200th B I recommend

位置好但是房間根本不保持聲音。旁邊的電話仍然聽到我們的房間。去隔壁房間時是進出玩把東西掉在地板上,無法入睡,所以通知工作人員來管理它。安靜不長客人沒有禮貌。

前台服務員態度熱情温和。 房間乾淨衞生，衹是可能剛裝修沒幾個月房間有點氣味。附近有711便利店及小吃店，步行去市中心也不遠。

不錯的酒店,遠離普吉島繁忙的繁華部分。提供穿梭服務,將客人帶到海灘或船大道。在船大道地區附近有一些不錯的咖啡館和餐館。員工很細心,總是樂於提供指導,指導去哪裏,做什麼。絕對值得再來一次住宿:)特別給一些酒店員工打電話-基格說她友善,Cee推薦當地美食,Tangkwa,Big,Num,Baitoey,表示熱情好客。他們只是簡單地把顧客放在他們的想法中,並確保我們有一個偉大的住宿!謝謝你爲我做了一次難忘的旅行。
