前枱工作人員態度還不錯,但在入住期間提出某些要求,卻不時推卻,令我們感受不太舒服,例如有朋友住在其他酒店,想入房間參觀一下,職員一直表示不准許;還有酒店有送15分鐘肩頸按摩,因為我們於入住時才知道,但事前已安排好所有行程,就問職員可否在退房後再使用,得到的回覆是”sorry, we cannot”,這villa 給我們的感受是「No-Man」。
再者,房間淋浴區水壓很差,開起來以為快要停水似的。另外,酒店職員在沒有通知/我們要求下自出自入我們的房間,在入住的第二天,職員完成每日常規清潔後又再進入我們的房間,這樣令我們感到私隱度好差。
