伊斯坦堡趨勢飯店的評論

來伊斯坦堡玩定了兩天的酒店，設施有些老化，屋裡味道不太好聞，雖然價格便宜和工作人員服務不錯，但是基礎配套也是有些過於拉胯了。性價比不算高的。

房間乾淨 比較其他酒店的寬敞

Hotel is located at a very convenient place. Lots of place to buy clothes and shoes so the area is packed with tourist. 10 min walk to bus stop to IST ; and 3 min from the TRAM station. Clean.

唯一的問題是浴室太小。其餘一切都很棒。 早餐很棒。

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un chantier. Il y a des câbles électriques partout, du placo, on doit enjamber des sacs de ciment dans les couloirs, la moquette salle est recouverte de bâche ou on se prend les pieds. La piscine n’est pas un lieu de détente il y a les ouvriers impossible de se baigner l’eau n’est plus filtrée elle est verte avec des algues sur les parois. Les chambres sont petites, la nôtre n’avait pas de Clim en état de marche, moisissures dans la salle de bain, trou dans le seum et unique drap du lit…. Le petit déjeuné est tout aussi désastreux il est pleins de rien, sauf si vous aimez les olives, sinon pour le reste faudra rien attendre. Une honte d’oser vendre des nuits dans ce gourbi

A fuir!! C’est pas un hôtel mais un chantier! Bâche, câble électrique partout, ciment … chambre très petite et salle! Moisissure dans la salle de bain, trou dans le pseudo drap qui couvre pas le lit entier. Petit déjeuner très faible rien de potable! Clim hors fonction…. Piscine sur le toit horrible impossible de se baigner verte d’algue …. Une honte

Ремонт в отеле полным ходом! В номерах и местах общего пользования с утра до вечера дрель, стук молотка. Еда в ресторане с помойки. Дыня каждый день воняла кислым, выпечка черствая. О турецких сладостях и не слышали.... Бассейн не чистят, кругом мешки с цементом, грязные рабочие, коробки, инструменты.... В тренажерном зале тоже бардак. Зачем продавать номера, если находиться там нереально 🤦

Très mauvaise expérience J'ai réservé 2 chambres et arrivée à l'hôtel il me dit que dans son document il y a qu'1 chambre de réservé et commence à s'énerver et à jeter les documents J'ai rien compris après 1h de galère de 3h à 4h du matin il me dit qu'il a retrouvé ma réservation avec les 2 chambres de réservé il c'est mieux comporté après cet incident le lendemain on demande si on pouvait se poser en terrasse parce que il faisait 22 degrés il nous on dit que c'est fermé jusqu'en juin et c'est précisé nul part sur le site qu'il ferme la piscine mais au moins quand il fait beau d'ouvrir la terrasse et pour finir j'ai donné un billet au bagagiste et il m'a montré en face à face que ce n'était pas assez qu'il fallait rajouter J'ai jamais vu cela au paravent bref un 4 étoiles qui en mérite 2 je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of the champions league final with my friends/family. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always offering to help us get around the city and showing us how to use the metro. All the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were modern and very clean. The outdoor pool is lovely and the WIFI works well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great hotel. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. facilities were great and so was the location for accessing the Metrolink and getting around Istanbul. Literally 10 mins on the tram to most of the sights. (approx 70p a ride) We requested a room away from the front of the hotel as we had read reviews that it was noisy staying in the rooms at the front. This is due to a very loud bar below. We couldn't hear anything and slept very well (room 507) Wifi was really good too and the rooftop pool was perfect. Very clean hotel and plenty of choice for breakfast. The gym was very poor. a treadmill which hardly worked, very creeky and 2 bikes that didnt seem to be working at all. So didnt use it. To be fair, we walked around Istanbul that much, that we managed to get some exercise in that way. Not much to do in this area but shop and only a couple of bars. But as mentioned above, great location for getting to all the other areas, felt very central. Would Definitely stay again

I don’t recommend Receptionist threatened me. When i asked his name he said abdulkerim( he is short and bold guy) He is still working there. If anyone wants to stay there be careful. Location is very bad Personel are really rude. They used bad language.
