The stay dates were from March 9th to March 16th, with each room having a different check-in date. Unfortunately, upon our arrival on March 9th, my family encountered an unpleasant incident. The hotel failed to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, and we brought this issue to the attention of the front desk. We waited in the room while indicating the "Do Not Disturb" sign. However, a hotel staff member entered the room without knocking, only to retreat upon realizing that there were occupants. We were quite surprised by this breach of privacy, but we did not pursue the matter further, aside from noticing the absence of a safety lock in the room. To ensure our safety, we placed a chair behind the door when we went to sleep at night. However, on the morning of March 10th at around 8 am, someone attempted to open our room door, which greatly concerned us about our safety. They left upon hearing voices inside the room. My family and I are deeply concerned about the facilities and professionalism of the hotel staff. The lack of a safety lock in the room puts the security of guests at risk, raising significant doubts about the overall safety of the hotel. Experiencing two unpleasant incidents in a row has left us extremely worried about the personal and property security of staying at your hotel. I have contacted the booking website and the hotel supervisor for assistance in addressing this matter. Initially, the supervisor assured us that once the room door is locked, it cannot be opened from outside, and only the manager and housekeeping staff have access cards to open guest room doors.
