桑德爾艾達(Sonder Ida)

It was an amazing stay. The only possible down side is the parking and it can be a bit loud because there is a night club close. But we would stay again. It was close to chase field for walking and tons of food and bars around

I'm pretty sure when I booked this in Sept it said there was parking because I was definitely renting a car. But there wasn't any free parking one day it took over an hour trying to find parking and I was exhausted from going on a long trip, there was a lot of **** smell in the elevators and around the place and music was blasting. The sheets were so dirty we had to tear all the sheets off and re-wash them and just use our jackets eventually to protect us from getting weird itchy rashes. Just overall a bad experience for us here.

Very nice accomodation in Phoenix. Well-equipped, laundry, kitchen - all you need for a few days. The apartment was very clean. Nice 10 minutes walk to Chase field, 30 minutes with local bus to Papago park, 10 minutes to AirPort. Everything was well organised with Check-in and out. Historic area and nice restaurants and bars close to apartment.

Pros: Clean & well-appointed; convenient distance from downtown (.5 mile) plus food and entertainment options; bldg was constructed in part w/repurposed shipping containers (very cool, modern vibe!); customer service is accessible via text. Cons: The property is right next to a night club that plays loud music every night until 2 a.m. Sonder provides a white noise machine in the unit; at about midnight on the first night, I understood why! But the primary con is that there are no on-site staff, which presented 2 problems for me: 1) I arrived a few hours before check-in time, and I'd hoped to store my luggage in one of the 6 provided lockers until check-in time, but they were all in use, so I had to schlep my luggage elsewhere then schlep it back after check-in time. 2) There was an issue with my TV that took 3 days to resolve, and I couldn't use the TV until it was addressed. Part of the problem was that Sonder didn't fully understand the issue I was having and about which I'd been texting them. It only got addressed when someone from the Sonder team happened to be in the bldg when I arrived back at my unit on the last night of my stay, & I asked for his help. I was able to show him the issue with the TV, which he then totally understood and addressed immediately, but it was a little too little, too late, IMO.

Overall, was a good stay, bar/club next door that blares music all night so bring noise cancelling headphones. Unit was clean with many amenities. A little unnerving only having code numbers for entry and no one around if there was a problem. Sonder could probably do a little better job in pushing out contact phone numbers in case there is a need or question.

It was a great stay! The rooms were very clean and such a unique place. The only down fall is that you have to park in a gravel lot behind a bar. If they were to invest in a parking lot or structure for the hotel it would have made it better than worrying about my rental car all night

great location, walking distance to many places. All recommendations provided by Sonder were great. Theres a 0 minute walk to great tea & coffee shop. The apartament was super clean. The bed to die for. Lots of closet space and drawers. Safe neighborhood!

Very clean and comfortable. Remarkably quiet for being in the busy arts district. Lots of nice touches like laundry and dishwasher detergent, filtered water and a luggage locker. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Phoenix.

Loud nightclubs nearby…ear plugs a must. Very weak shower.
