裡滕豪斯廣場AKA飯店(AKA Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia)

This is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed on my many trips to Philadelphia. I will definitely stay here again on future trips. The suites are spacious, modern, well equipped, and centrally located in the city. We very much appreciated our suite upgrade as well. One gym machine and one dryer were broken but that wasn’t tragic. Items requested were sometimes delivered to our room and sometimes not. More t.p., dishwasher detergent, and trash bags would have been appreciated without having to request them.

Unfortunately this hotel is a Motel 6 with lipstick, and nothing like the pictures on the website. The room + especially bathroom photos do not match the experience we had. 1. Bed was very hard and not comfortable. 2. Very dark/dingy even with all the lights on. 3. Bathroom was the size of a small closet. 4. The shower had mold, and the water was a trickle (and when we requested to have it fixed they did nothing).

We didn't know this was a long-term stay type accommodation in advance of arrival which was disappointing. One should note that this hotel does provide the same type of service and amenities as a hotel you would expect of this level, like a cafe or shop, no mini bar in the room, etc. We stayed in a Platinum Two Bedroom that needed some maintenance in the bathrooms. Pictures shown of the room are staged and do not match the room that was provided to us.

We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the bar/restaurant on 18th Street. This was the absolute noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There were loud people on the street and we heard every truck and bus. We got very little sleep every night. They were unable to move us to a room on a higher floor.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago & discovered to our delight we had been upgraded (2 ginormous BRs, 2 toilets!) by the incomparable Mr. Wister, who always excels in making our stay memorable. Primely located in trendy Rittenhouse Square, near boutique shops & great restaurants, AKA Rittenhouse has become our go to hotel in Philly, above & beyond service and deluxe spaciousness at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful. For the price of this hotel, and considering that I booked an upgraded room, I expected a luxury-level hotel room. The cleanliness was subpar and on my first day there were issues with the toilet and shower not working - which was a big inconvenience since Engineering was not available to fix it at the moment.

The bathroom too small. If you are big, you’ll hardly fit in it…. For such a high rate they don’t clean your room.

The AKA Rittenhouse Square hotel is a centrally located, modern property with huge rooms and a great staff. The workout room is small but functional. The location is fantastic right off of Rittenhouse square. The shopping and dining in this area is fantastic. Note there isn't hotel parking but there are local parking lots that are easily accessed near the hotel.
