Trascorse 3 notti in una camera vista Logan Square. Spaziosa, silenziosa e luminosa. Qualche segno di usura di troppo sulla struttura del letto e sui muri di corridoi. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi con housekeeping che abbiamo dovuto richiamare più volte: una volta mancava l'acqua per la macchina del caffè, poi i cucchiaini/palette, infine le tazzine / bicchierini. E una sera abbiamo trovato la porta lasciata aperta dopo il servizio serale: abbiamo contattato la struttura e si sono subito attivati per risolvere. Però è stato spiacevole e anche un po' preoccupante. Per il resto, ottima colazione, ottima cena: avremmo apprezzato una vasca idromassaggio in piscina. Location perfetta.

I LOOOOVE staying at Four Seasons Philadelphia. I come here when I need a couple of days of self-care and do absolutely nothing. Floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized blinds for gorgeous view of the city. Spacious, well-designed and well-decorated rooms. Really makes me feel at peace. Room service food is always yummy. Customer service is always top-notch. The spa is heaven as is the pool. The pool is exceptional! If you’re looking for a splurge, look into booking the night spa. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel! I have not been to Philadelphia and wanted to see the city. Four Seasons does not disappoint, they set the bar high! I loved the restaurants, breakfast is amazing! The Spa is also wonderful. Jenny gave me an excellent facial, such a nice and talented person! I will definitely stay at any Four Seasons!

What an amazing team and hotel!! The warm greeting from Josh on the Front Drive, to an amazing elevator ride up to reception. I was greeted by Danielle and Hovig who were outstanding. The hospitality was top notch and I would highly recommend. This is the best hotel!! I love the Four Seasons Philadelphia at Comcast Center. Special shoutouts to the Guest Service Team Tyriek, Abe, Kai and Fernando. Aaron from Security was great as well! I will for sure be back!

There are so many hotel chains that seem to be struggling to provide excellent customer service these days. I am pleased that the Four Seasons in Philadelphia rises above them all with excellent customer service and an outstanding visitor experience from start to finish. It's expensive, but it's so nice to be at a hotel where employees seem to care about their guests and about doing an outstanding job.

The Four Seasons in Philadelphia is absolute perfection - style, service, centrally located, and comfortable. From the moment we arrived to our final departure, we felt completely cared for. The staff and surroundings make this a special place to stay.

Simply the best hotel in which I have ever stayed. The staff is beyond remarkable. The hotel is beautiful and begins with a Disney like scenic elevator ride to the 60th floor lobby. All of the restaurants are wonderful and do not even get me started on the infinity pool on the 57th floor. Truly you would be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel in the world.
